At the same time, expert rehabilitation diagnostics included: clinical assessment, a set of diagnostic procedures, psychological, social, professional diagnostics and consistent expert assessment: clinical form the underlying disease, the nosological form of the concomitant disease, the stage of the nosological process, the nature of the severity of the course of the disease, the degree of activity inflammatory process, type of body functions disorders, degree functional disorders, determination of life limitations and disability groups.

Based on the study of respiratory diseases (chronic obstructive bronchitis, bronchial asthma, mixed pathologies - a combination of chronic obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma and concomitant pathology in the form coronary disease heart and hypertension, two Ph.D.

A doctoral dissertation was defended in the section devoted to medical and social expertise in dorsopathy of the cervical spine (Kukhta O.A., 2010). Work on this topic is ongoing. A methodological manual was published for physicians (2010), “The use of complex medical expert rehabilitation diagnostics to assess violations of the statodynamic function of the cervical spine in patients and the disabled due to dorsopathy).
