Say hello to me!

The sun meets each of us with warmth and a smile. Gives everyone a good mood. And I want to wish you that every day brings you only joy.

Guys, what does a person need to always be in a good mood, in good shape?

On the board are the letters Z, D, O, P, O, B, L, E. (alternately).

Make a word out of these letters. Children make up the word "health".

2. Reporting the topic and purpose of the class hour.

Teacher:

Let's remember the rules that each of you must follow in order to maintain your health for many years, what bad habits should be avoided.

The theme of the class hour: "Healthy lifestyle."

Teacher Q: What does it mean to be healthy?

Children: To be healthy means to live without disease.

The daily routine is a certain rhythm of life, when different kinds your activities: study, rest, work, food, sleep. It helps the student to become disciplined, strong-willed. The guys who prepared a message on this topic will tell about what the daily routine should be.

Here is our daily routine:

4. Proper nutrition.

Teacher: Why does a person eat? (children's answers)

Without food, a person cannot live for a long time, food is necessary for a person throughout his life.

An Azerbaijani proverb says, “A tree is supported by its roots, and a man by food.” How do you understand the meaning of this proverb? (children's answers).

Teacher: Not all products that a person consumes are useful to him.

Now each of you will receive a card that lists the names of the products . (Fish, pepsi colla, kefir, fanta, sour cream, chips, oatmeal, meat, sunflower oil, cakes, carrots, cabbage, sweets, butter, apples, pears, croutons, beets, bread, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs, rice, buckwheat)

Choose foods that are good for you and highlight them with a green pencil. (verification and discussion)

5. Hardening

Teacher: And how can a person harden his body? (children's answers)

Listen to I. Semenov's poem "To everyone who wants to be healthy"

Children read.

Fortress:

I told them in winter:

Would temper with me.

Morning run and invigorating shower.

As for adults, real!

Open windows at night

Breathe fresh air.

Wash feet with cold water

And then the microbe is hungry

You will never be overcome.

They didn’t listen - they get sick!

Kutalki:

We realized too late, brothers,

How useful it is to temper.

Stop coughing and sneezing -

Let's take a shower

From ice water.

Fortress:

Wait! Oh oh oh!

You can't get strong overnight.

Warm up gradually!

Teacher: Hardening is one of the forms of strengthening human health. There are many ways to harden. Very simple and effective method hardening - walking barefoot. The fact is that the soles of the feet are an unusual area of \u200b\u200bthe skin of our body. There are points - projections of our internal organs.By clicking on them, you can relieve pain, provide therapeutic effect to certain organs. Regularly in the morning, washing, trample on a bumpy rug with bare feet. And you will be convinced. As soon as you feel energized after sleep, the body will be better prepared for mental and physical work. Contrasting hot-cold baths are useful.

6. Compliance with hygiene rules.

Live clean - be healthy!

Teacher. How do you understand this proverb? What needs to be kept in order?

(hands, nails, ears, teeth, face)

Student.

I am water, water, water

I invite everyone to wash

To make your eyes sparkle

To make cheeks redden ...

You need to brush your teeth

Take a brush in your hand

Let's apply toothpaste.

And boldly set to work

We brush our teeth skillfully:

Top to bottom and right to left

From bottom to top and again to the left.

Them outside, inside

You carefully rub.

So as not to suffer with teeth,

We drive the brush in circles.

Brush your teeth carefully

you can hurt your gums...

And what's next? And then-

We will rinse our teeth.

Teacher: Of course, it is necessary not only to wash. You need to wash your hands, brush your teeth, take a shower, wash yourself with soap and a washcloth, clean shoes and clothes, ventilate the room, regularly clean the apartment, keep your yard clean, never throw garbage on the street past the bin ...

A healthy lifestyle starts with cleanliness!

7. Don't get into bad habits.

« Brainstorming" Divide these words into 2 groups (sports, life, alcohol, smoking, books, drugs)

On the board: Yes! Not!

sports alcohol

smoking life

drug books

Teacher: Today I would like to talk about bad habits. As a rule, a person has many different habits. Habits can benefit a person, preserve his health, therefore they are called useful. But there are those that are harmful to health - these are bad habits. The worst habits are smoking, drinking alcohol and drugs. We have already spoken about the influence of these addictions more than once, but today we will talk again.

Smoking is very harmful to the lungs, and to the whole body. A child who starts smoking grows worse, gets tired faster at any work, does not cope well with studies, and gets sick more often. All this happens because tobacco smoke contains a dangerous poison - nicotine and many other harmful substances. In a non-smoker, the lungs are pink, and in someone who smokes for a long time, they turn gray from harmful substances. Scientists have calculated that for every cigarette smoked, a person's life is reduced by 15 minutes. Alcohol (alcohol), which is contained in alcoholic beverages, with excessive use, causes a disease of the stomach and other organs, disrupts the functioning of the whole organism. Alcohol is especially dangerous for a growing organism. Even a few sips can cause severe poisoning in a child. Drugs are special substances that destroy the human body. Having tried the drug once or twice, a person gets used to it and can no longer do without it. He develops a serious illness - drug addiction, which is very difficult to cure. The drug disrupts the functioning of the brain and the whole body and eventually kills a person. Distribution of drugs is a dangerous crime for which severe punishment is given.

And now let's analyze a few situations and find out what to say: yes or no (Appendix No. 1)

8. Game "Collect proverbs"

Teacher: Now I will give you proverbs that fell into two parts. You need to find the beginning and end of each proverb and explain their meaning ( work in pairs).

Health is more expensive to be healthy

The disease of a person will not catch up with the disease

He who loves purity does not paint

Fast and healthy wealth

9. A reminder of a healthy lifestyle.

Teacher: Now I will give you a handout, which I hope will be your companions in life.

1. Keep clean!

2. Eat right!

3. Combine work and rest!

4. Move more!

5. Do not start bad habits!

10. The result of the class hour.

Teacher: The main thing in maintaining health is the care of the person himself about his body. And you need to take care of him from childhood, follow all the necessary rules of hygiene, engage in physical education and not commit acts that are harmful to health.

At the end of our class hour, I suggest listening to the verses that your classmates have prepared for you.

Children read:

Health is a treasure

It cannot be bought.

Once lost,

Do not return it.

Don't borrow from a friend

Don't win the loto

After all, happiness without health

Believe me, it's not.

Sea of happiness without health

Won't fill your soul.

Doesn't make you feel good

Not for you and not for your friends.

Work will not please

And don't save money.

In general, without health it is bad,

Life is very bad for people.

There is no doubt that health

From childhood, you need to strengthen:

engage in physical education,

Run, jump and play.

Eat as much fruit as possible

Wash beforehand

And walking after school

Don't forget about lessons.

Class hour progress

I. Interactive conversation “What we have, we don’t keep.”

Classroom teacher. The theme of our class hour - healthy lifestyle. Every adult will tell you that health- this is the greatest value, but for some reason, modern youth names money, career, love, fame among the main values, and health puts on 7-8th places.

On the board we wrote a proverb (is reading): “What we have, we do not store, having lost, we cry”.

What do you think this proverb has to do with the topic of our conversation?

Sample responses from children:

We do not store health and when we get sick, we cry.

We not only do not store, but also deliberately spoil our health, then sorry.

We think we will healthy for life, and in old age we remember how they scattered their health did not take care of him.

We keep money, we keep clothes, and our don't take care of health, and when we start to get sick, we regret it.

Classroom teacher. We know how to save money, how to save things. Do you know how to keep health? (Children share their thoughts.)

Today we will talk about what needs to be done so as not to regret the lost health.

II. Mini lecture "What health

Classroom teacher. So today we're talking about health. How do you understand this word?

(Children answer that health- this is the absence of diseases, good health, etc.)

But then drunkards and drug addicts, who still have no pain, can also be called healthy?

(Children speak up.)

Indeed, for many years health and was understood as the absence of disease and physical infirmity. But in our time, a different point of view has been established. According to this point of view, health is physical mental and social.

Physical health- This is the correct work of the whole organism. If a person is physically healthy, then he can perform all his current duties without undue fatigue. He has enough energy to succeed in school and do all the necessary things at home.

mental health is manifested in that a person is pleased with himself, likes himself the way he is, he is satisfied with his achievements and can draw conclusions from his mistakes. To keep mental health needs rest, get new experiences, communicate with friends.

Social health manifested in relationships with other people. socially healthy people know how to get along with others. They respect the rights of others and can defend their own. They maintain good relations with relatives, know how to make new friends, know how to express their needs and needs so that they become clear to others.

Healthy one can only name a person who has all three types of health.

All scientists agree one: to be healthy, you need to lead healthy lifestyle.

We drew a table on the board « Healthy lifestyle» . But what is made up of healthy lifestyle We haven't recorded yet. To complete this table, I will give you 5 riddles. Each riddle is one of the factors health. You will guess the riddle, and we will write the answer in the table. This will help me (calls a student who will make entries in the table).

So 5 factors health.

(The teacher reads the riddles, the children solve, one of the students fills in the table on the board.)

1. Uniform alternation of work and rest during the day. (Daily regime.)

2. Constant training of one's physical endurance, resistance to cold, to diseases. (Hardening.)

3. Activities aimed at maintaining cleanliness, health. (Hygiene.)

4. The order of eating, its nature and quantity. (Proper nutrition.)

5. Active actions involving different muscle groups. (Movement, sport.)

So what did we get? What is made up of healthy lifestyle that gives a person health and longevity?

(Class reads the rows of the table in unison.)

a) Daily routine;

b) hardening;

c) hygiene;

d) food;

e) movement.

I propose to add one more item to this list - the absence of bad habits. You agree with me?

(Children express their opinions.)

Indeed, a person can follow all the rules healthy lifestyle, but one of his bad habits, such as smoking or alcoholism, will nullify all his efforts. Conclusion: bad habits are incompatible with healthy lifestyle.

(Student writes in table: "Rejection of bad habits".)

IV. Medical consultation"Secrets health»

Classroom teacher. And now we will conduct our medical consultation, which was named "Secrets health» . Doctors came to visit us, who will share some secrets healthy lifestyle.

(4 students in white coats come to the board.)

Doctor 1. My secret is about nutrition. Nutritionists around the world have identified the top five most harmful foods for humans.

These five included (is reading):

1. Sugary carbonated drinks. Created not at all to quench thirst, but to induce it. Huge content Sahara: in one glass of it at least five teaspoons.

2. Potato chips, especially those made not from whole potatoes, but from mashed potatoes. It's basically a mixture of carbs and fat plus artificial flavors.

3. Sweet bars. Combination a large number sugar and various chemical additives provides the highest calorie content and the desire to eat them again and again.

4. Sausages, wieners, boiled sausage, pates and other foods with so-called hidden fats. In their composition, lard, visceral fat occupy up to 40% of the weight, but they are disguised as meat, including with the help of flavorings.

5. Fatty meats, especially fried.

Try to avoid these foods. Dairy products, vegetables, fruits - that's what will help the growing body.

Doctor 2. My secret is about dealing with stress. Stress is nervous tension caused by some event. Stress lies in wait for us at every turn. Lessons are stressful. The road is stressful. Parents scold. Quarreled with friends. And so on. Stress harms our mental health.

How can you relieve stress? For this there are many ways: singing, communication with pets, caring for plants, walking. There is another way to quickly relieve stress - rub your palms hard (shows). And most good remedy protect yourself from stress - smile, good mood.

Doctor 3. My advice concerns the daily routine. A person who observes the daily regimen is much more in time, less tired. But when drawing up a daily routine, you need to take into account the peculiarities of your psyche. As you know, people are divided into "larks" and "owls".

Doctor 4. I got my advice from folk wisdom. They are about bad habits. Alcohol and smoking have been known to mankind for a long time. The people expressed their attitude to these vices in proverbs. I think that this wisdom will help modern young people to avoid these vices.

This is what our people say about drunkenness (is reading):

1. Bogatyrs drown in a puddle of vodka. The drunken sea is knee-deep, and the puddle is up to the ears. (A drunk person thinks he can do anything, but in fact he is not even able to get out of a puddle.)

2. Hunger Yes, the cold paved the way to the tavern. Where there is wine, there is goryushko. He fell in love with wine - ruined his family. He who revels in mash, he washes himself with tears. Glasses and glasses will bring to the handbag. The glasses are faceted, and the hut is ruined. (Drunkenness is a direct path to ruin and poverty.)

3. Enough of wine - not a good fellow. There was Ivan, but there was Bolvan, and all the wine is to blame. Vodka without fire will burn the mind. A drunkard among the people is like a weed in a garden. (Drunkenness drowns out reason and conscience. A drunkard is a lost person.)

4. Drink to the bottom - do not see good. (The drunkard loses health, friends, work, respect of others, love of neighbors.)

But people are very wise and accurate about smoking noticed: "Smoking - harm health» .

V. Game "Yes, no, I don't know"

Classroom teacher. Our doctors have prepared a game "Yes, no, I don't know". They will ask you questions, and you must answer in unison. "Yes" or "No". If you don't know how to answer, raise your hands. The doctors will explain the correct answer to you.

(Doctors take turns reading questions, children answer in chorus "Yes" or "No".)

1. Do you agree that exercise is a source of vigor and health? (Yes.)

2. Is it true that chewing gum saves teeth? (Not.)

3. Is it true that chocolate bars are among the top five most unhealthy foods? (Yes.)

4. Is it true that more than 10,000 people die each year from smoking? (Yes.)

5. Is it true that bananas cheer you up? (Yes.)

6. Is it true that carrots slow down the aging process? (Yes.)

7. Is it true that there are harmless drugs? (Not.)

8. Is quitting smoking easy? (Not.)

9. Is it true that most people don't smoke? (Yes.)

10. Is it true that "owls" like to work in the morning? (Not.)

11. Is it true that lack of sun causes depression? (Yes.)

12. Is it true that in the summer you can stock up on vitamins for the whole year? (Not.)

13. Is it true that you should drink two glasses of milk every day? (Yes.)

14. Is it true that sugary drinks are among the top five most unhealthy foods? (Yes.)

15. Is it true that a minute of laughter equals 45 minutes of passive rest? (Yes.)

16. Do you agree that stress is good for health? (Not.)

17. Do you agree that potato chips are good for health? (Not.)

18. Is it true that sausages are good for health? (Not.)

19. Is it true that you can become a drug addict from one shot? (Yes.)

20. Is it true that a young growing body needs 30 different types of food every week? (Yes.)

(Some questions will cause difficulty in children. Doctors can prompt them quietly, nodding head when to speak "Yes", or pumping head when to speak "No".)

Classroom teacher. Thanks to the doctors for helping to test our knowledge about healthy lifestyle.

- Take care of yourself: wash, comb.

Do not buy sweet water, chips, chocolate bars.

Eat normally.

Class hour progress

Interactive conversation “What is health? »

The theme of our class"Healthy lifestyle". Since ancient times, when people met, they wished each other health: “Hello”, “Good health!”, Asked “How is your precious health?” And this is no coincidence. Indeed, even in Ancient Russia they said: “Health is more expensive than wealth”, “Health cannot be bought”, “God gave health, but we will find happiness”. Indeed, everyone needs health. And what meaning do you put in the concept of "health"? (Student judgments ). Thank you for the interesting definitions, it is felt that the problem of health is in the field of your attention.

Every adult will tell you that health is the greatest value, but for some reason, modern youth lists money, career, love, fame among the main values, and puts health in 7-8 place.

It has long been established that health should be monitored from childhood. Let's do a little test about your health, you are offered a list of statements, each of which requires a yes or no answer. This information will be useful, first of all, to you.

Test "Your health".

7-10 points. How did you manage to get yourself to this point? It's amazing that you're still able to walk and work. You need to change your habits immediately, otherwise...

2. Mapping "Healthy Lifestyle" Now let's think about our lifestyle and draw up a "Healthy lifestyle" chart.

To wisely live life,

You need to know a lot.

Two main rules to remember to start:

You'd rather starve than eat anything

And it's better to be alone than with just anyone.

What makes up a healthy lifestyle?(Students give their opinion)

1. Healthy eating;

2. Daily routine;

3. Vigorous activity and leisure;

4. Absence of bad habits.

3. Consultation "Secrets of health"

If you think figuratively, then your health can be represented as a house, which is now

gradually builds each of you. What will it be - beautiful, lopsided or strong and

durable? Let's try to build our health house together. What's on your mind

is the foundation of health? (Students give their opinion.)

This is heredity.

Roots ”, which was engaged in the search for information about the influence of heredity on human health.

1 student: (presentation)

This is me and my great-grandfather and great-grandmother.

Our grandparents. So, I'm laying the foundation for our health home.

2 student: According to scientists, from 10 to 20 percent of our health is genetically embedded in us, 20 percent depends on environment, 5-10 percent of the development of medicine, and 50 percent of health depends on us. Without health, it is very difficult to make life interesting and happy. It has been proven that more than half of all adult diseases are acquired in childhood. Moreover, the most dangerous age is from birth to 16 years. Saved and strengthened in childhood and youth, health will allow you to live long and active, will give you the opportunity to choose a profession to your liking and vocation, without limiting your choice to the state of health.

The word is given to the creative group of students "Nutrition Secrets ».

1. Proper nutrition is the basis of a healthy lifestyle.

At healthy eating the incidence decreases, the psychological state improves, the mood rises, and most importantly, the working capacity and interest in educational activities increase.

After a big break, there are empty lemonade bottles in the trash can, let's talk a little about what are we drinking?

Anyway, it is important to know what exactly in carbonated drinks can actually be harmful . First, this carbohydrates . At 0.33 l. Pepsi-Cola contains 8 sugars. Few people would drink such sweet tea or coffee. All these carbohydrates are deposited in the fat folds and contribute to the development of diabetes. Various sweeteners are added to diet sodas to minimize calories. The most dangerous of them is proteinaspartame . It is 200 times sweeter than sugar, causes allergies, stomach diseases, liver disorders, headaches, impaired memory and vision, and even seizures. It is sweeteners that are the main secrets of sparkling water - they do not quench thirst, but rather cause appetite.

Soda contains acid, which corrodes tooth enamel and promotes caries. For example, apple juice contains many times more acid. The only difference is that there it is natural, although it corrodes tooth enamel, but does not wash out calcium, as it doesorthophosphoric acid (E338). It is most often used in sodas.

Sodas also containcarbon dioxide , which excites gastric secretion, increases acidity and promotes flatulence. Well, of coursecaffeine . If you abuse the drink, you can get caffeine addiction or intoxication. Its signs are anxiety, agitation, insomnia, stomach pains, cramps, tachycardia, etc. In some doses, caffeine can be fatal.

Perhaps the most insidious thing about sparkling water iscontainer . Aluminum cans help spread dangerous contagious diseases. At the moment of opening the jar, various types of staphylococci, as well as bacteria that cause salmonellosis and enterocolitis, come into contact with its contents, the liquid spills over the lid and, together with all the bacteria, ends up inside us.

Coca-Cola successfully replaces household chemicals.

The history of Coca Cola claims that in many US states, the traffic police always have 2 gallons of Coke in their patrol car to wash blood from the highway after an accident.

To clean your toilet, pour a can of Coke down the sink and leave it on for an hour.

To remove rust stains from a chrome car bumper, rub the bumper with a crumpled sheet of aluminum foil soaked in Coke.

To remove corrosion from car batteries, pour a can of Coke on the batteries and the corrosion will disappear.

To loosen a rusted bolt, dampen a rag with Coca Cola and wrap it around the bolt for a few minutes.

To clean stains from clothes, pour a can of Coke on a pile of dirty clothes, add laundry detergent and machine wash as usual. Cola will help get rid of stains. Coca Cola will also clean the windows in the car from road dust.

About the composition of Coca Cola. The active ingredient in Coca Cola is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It can dissolve your nails in 4 days.

To transport coca-cola concentrate, the truck must be equipped with special pallets designed for highly corrosive materials.

Coke distributors have been using it for 20 years to clean their truck engines.

Still want a bottle of Cola?

The only harmless component of soda is water. Dead, lifeless, distilled so that its natural taste does not interfere with the taste of the drink, so that lemonade produced anywhere in the world meets a strict standard.

To reduce the harm from any soda, including Pepsi, you must follow simple rules:

1. Drink it cold. The destruction of tooth enamel also depends on the temperature of the drink. In America, soda is drunk more than in Europe, but it is always served with ice, and American children have less dental damage.

2. Drink through a straw to avoid contact with the jar.

3. Limit yourself to one glass 1-2 times a week.

4. Give up soda if you are obese, diabetic, gastritis, ulcer.

5. Do not give soda to children under 3 years of age.

Now let's talk about the misfortune of our class, these are always bags of chips and crackers lying around and in fairly large quantities, so you can’t help but focus onh then we eat?

The taste qualities of chips and crackers are achieved through the use of various flavors (although manufacturers for some reason call them spices). Therefore, there are all kinds of “chips” and “cracker” varieties, as they say, “for an amateur”.

There are also chips without flavors, ie. with its natural taste, but according to statistics, most of our compatriots prefer to eat chips with additives: cheese, bacon, mushrooms, caviar. Is it worth saying today that in fact there is no caviar - its taste and smell were given to chips with the help of flavorings. Most hope is that the taste and smell is obtained without the use of synthetic additives, if the chips smell like onions or garlic. Still, the chances are slim. Most often, the taste of chips is artificial. The same is true for crackers. The familiar letters “E” indicated in the composition of the product and chips and crackers will help you make sure of this.

Known codes of food additives, which, according to the effects on the human body, can be given the following characteristics:
Prohibited - E103, E105, E111, E121, E123, E125, E126, E130, E152.
Dangerous - E102, E110, E120, E124, E127.
Suspicious - E104, E122, E141, E150, E171, E173, E180, E241, E477.
Crustaceans - E131, E210-217, E240, E330.
Causing intestinal upset - E221-226.
Harmful to the skin - E230-232, E239.
Causing violation of pressure - E250, E251.
Provoking the appearance of a rash - E311, E312.
Increasing cholesterol - E320, E321.
Causing indigestion - E338-341, E407, E450, E461-466

The word is given to the creative group of students "Secrets of the daily routine ».

If you strive to fulfill the routine, you will study better, you will rest better.

Dream very positive effect on the human body. There is a lot of controversy around how much sleep a person needs? It used to be stated that a child - 10-12 hours, a teenager - 9-10 hours, an adult - 8 hours. Now many come to the conclusion that this is all individually, some need more, some less. But the main thing is that a person should not feel tired after sleep and be alert all day.

I start the proverb, and you finish.

Proverbs:

1. From a good sleep ... You get younger

2. Sleep is the best... Medicine

3. Get enough sleep - ... You will look younger

4. Sleep - as if again ... Born

Many of us do not know how to fulfill the daily routine, do not save time, waste not only minutes but also whole hours in vain. Watch this scene - maybe someone will recognize themselves in these characters ..

SCENE "MODE OF THE DAY" (Teacher and Vova come out)

The word is given to the creative group of studentsActive activity and active rest.

Of course, Vova misallocated the time. Solid rest. Where is the labor? The alternation of work and rest is necessary. Statistics: A sedentary lifestyle is one of the top 10 causes of death and disability worldwide. Lack of physical activity is the cause of 2 million deaths per year. Less than 30% of young people lead an active lifestyle sufficient to maintain their health in the future.

Sports increase life expectancy. It has been established that people who go in for sports 5 times a week live 4 years longer than those who go in for sports occasionally.

SMOKING

From the history

Tobacco smoking originated in ancient times. Having landed on the shores of America, Columbus and his companions saw natives who held bundles of smoking grass in their mouths.

Tobacco came to France from Spain, it was brought by Ambassador Jean Nicot as a gift to Queen Catherine de Medici. From the name "Nico" came the word "nicotine".

Punishments

In China, a student caught smoking is in for a grueling punishment - training on a stationary bike;

In the end XVIfor centuries in England they were executed for smoking, and the heads of those executed with a pipe in their mouths were put on the square;

In Turkey, smokers were impaled;

During the reign of Mikhail Romanov, smoking was punishable by death. Everyone who has tobacco found “should be tortured and beaten on a goat with a whip until he confesses where he got it from ...”

In our humane society there are no such punishments, but maybe these pictures will make you think about whether to start (photos: lung of a healthy person, lung of a smoker)

ALCOHOLISM , chronic illness caused by the systematic use of alcoholic beverages. Manifested by physical and mental dependence on alcohol, mental and social degradation, pathology of internal organs, metabolism, central and peripheral nervous system. Often there are alcoholic psychoses.

ADDICTION

The official statistics on drug addiction are very alarming.

Over the past 6 years, the prevalence of drug addiction among adolescents has increased 10 times.

The term "drug addiction" itself is associated with the concept of "drug" (from the Greek narkotikos - sleepy).

The group of drugs in the narrow sense of the word is made up of the so-called opiates - substances that are extracted from the poppy: morphine, codeine, heroin, methadone.

Speaking of drug addiction, we mean substances that form a mental dependence on their consumption. Thus, at present, the term "narcotic substance" (drug) is used in relation to those poisons or substances that can cause euphoric, hypnotic, analgesic or stimulant effects.

According to the internationally accepted definition, drug addiction is a mental disorder consisting in a strong desire to take a certain substance (or a substance from a certain group) to the detriment of other activities and the persistence of using the substance despite the harmful consequences. A synonym for the term drug addiction is the concept of "addiction".

Class hour progress

I. Opening talk

Classroom teacher. Read the class topic. Health and wisdom - is it possible to connect these concepts? Is a person to blame for their illnesses? And if so, in what? Sample answers:

You cannot blame a person for congenital diseases.

Can be blamed colds, in intestinal infections, in injuries due to negligence.

Classroom teacher. Do you consider yourself wise?

II. Working with concepts

1. Mind and wisdom

Classroom teacher. Before talking about something, you need to define the concepts. Key concepts today: "wisdom", "health", "healthy lifestyle". What is wisdom?

(The teacher asks questions, the children speak.)

What is the common opposite of wisdom and intelligence? (Stupidity.)

What is stupidity?

Can a smart man not be wise, and a wise man not be smart?

How can one understand the expression: “Wisdom is the search for better opinions in the absence of exact knowledge”?

(Children's answers.)

In the dictionary of S.I. Ozhegov "wisdom" is defined as "a deep mind based on life experience." Can we say that this is a fairly complete definition?

2. What does it mean to be healthy?

Classroom teacher. Let me remind you that, according to the definition of the World Health Organization, “health is a state of physical, spiritual and social well-being”, and not just the absence of diseases and physical defects. So, there is physical, mental and moral health (it is also called "social"). I propose to reveal the meaning of each of these concepts (in groups) and explain how this type of health manifests itself.

The first group is physical health.

The second group is mental health.

The third group is moral or social health.

(For 3 minutes, the children think over the answers.)

We listen to your explanations.

Sample answers:

The first group: physical health is the natural state of the body, the stable functioning of all organs, good immunity; manifested in the absence of disease, injury.

The second group: mental health - depends on the state of the brain, on the development of thinking, memory, attention, on the degree of development of volitional qualities; manifested in emotional stability, the ability to control oneself.

The third group: moral health - depends on the moral principles of a person, on their compliance with moral standards; manifests itself in a conscious attitude to work, in cultural behavior, in an active rejection of vices.

Classroom teacher. Can physically and mentally healthy man to be a moral, moral freak? In what cases does this happen? (If he neglects the norms of morality.)

3. Healthy lifestyle

Classroom teacher. And here is another definition of a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle

which allows you to maintain physical, mental and moral health until old age. I will read you the components of a healthy lifestyle, try to determine what type of health they belong to.

Optimum mode of work and rest. (Physical, mental.)

Proper nutrition. (Physical.)

Sufficient physical activity. (Physical, mental.)

Personal hygiene, hardening. (Physical, mental.)

Eradication of bad habits. (Physical, mental, moral.)

Love for people, positive perception of life. (Mental, moral.)

III. Information block "Surgeon from the Guinness Book of Records"

Classroom teacher. There are diseases that can be contracted. But it turns out that a positive example can also infect. A person who has preserved health and longevity can become a role model, an example of a wise attitude to one's health. A story about such a person was prepared (names, surnames).

Presenter 1. Our hero is a proof of the truth that health is the privilege of the wise. Our idea of centenarians is associated with the Caucasus or Tibet - there you can meet centennial heroes. And here, in Russia, men live on average up to 60, women up to 77 years. Therefore, the hero of our story is a unique person. You could say it's the only one in the world. His name was listed in the Guinness Book of Records. This is a legend of domestic surgery, Academician Fedor Grigorievich Uglov. At the beginning of the XXI century. he was the world's oldest operating surgeon.

Fedor Grigorievich died quite recently, in June 2008, at the age of 103. But to the last he continued to work, striking everyone with his clarity of mind and beautiful physical form. Uglov - professor, doctor of medical sciences. He was a full member of many academies, chairman of the Union of Struggle for National Sobriety, laureate of the Lenin Prize, laureate of the International Prize of St. Andrew the First-Called "For Faith and Loyalty", a member of the Writers' Union of Russia, holder of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" IV degree, author of many books.

Presenter 2. Fedor Uglov decided to become a surgeon in his youth. His mother, a simple Russian woman, had a great influence on him. She taught him patience and kindness towards people. These commandments helped Fedor in his medical practice. He had to study a lot. After studying in Irkutsk, Leningrad, he returned to his native town and began working as a surgeon. He had to do a variety of operations, go to calls both at night and on weekends. Then he made it his rule - not a drop of alcohol, because the unforgivable weakness of the surgeon can cost the life of the patient. Fedor Grigoryevich recalled the beginning of his medical career with irony. When a patient came into his office, the doctor listened to him and asked him to go out the door, while he feverishly leafed through reference books and textbooks in order to establish a diagnosis.

Leading I. Ho gradually gained experience and knowledge, the skill of the young surgeon grew. He decided to continue his studies and returned to Leningrad. Here, too, not everything went smoothly. His mentor, an experienced and strict surgeon, once said: “You don’t have hands, but hooks, you and a janitor cannot work with such hands, not like a surgeon. Until you develop them, I will not let you into the operating room. He had to train for 3 months in working with a needle and thread. To create the illusion of an operation, he darned stockings, placing them in a drawer and, fiddling with them blindly, learned to tie knots. But the surgeon needs not only hand technique. “A surgeon should be like the old Russian proverb: to have the eye of an eagle, the strength of a lion and the heart of a woman,” Fedor Grigoryevich believed. He was such a surgeon. He was the first to perform such operations that others did not dare. And, thanks to him, now these operations do not cause difficulties for surgeons.

Fedor Grigoryevich Uglov was a universal surgeon. He operated on the wounded in the Great Patriotic War, saved lives in besieged Leningrad. Professor Uglov medicine owes the birth of new sections of surgery.

Presenter 1. New Guinness Book of Records Uglov got for another reason. He was the only practicing surgeon in the world over 90 years of age. Until the age of 97 he spent complex operations! Here is what he had to say about the secrets to his longevity:

I set a goal for myself and strived for it all my life, and this helped me. I still work all the time, I go to bed at half past eleven at night, I get up at half past seven. I never sleep during the day. From the dining table I immediately turn to the work table. And, of course, I lead a healthy lifestyle. I don't drink or smoke. I pour myself cold water right on the snow. Twenty years of such procedures, and I completely forgot the way to the pharmacy. To keep vivacity, you can not do without sports. In my youth, I was engaged in French wrestling, I liked to work out on the horizontal bar, go skiing. Now, when I have free time, I like to walk in the woods - communication with nature helps to restore my strength. I am happy to do any homework- I chop wood, I clean snow in the country. Yes, and I can easily cook dinner if needed ... But the main thing is to do good to people. This is what my mother taught me.

IV. interactive conversation

Classroom teacher. The biography of this man is instructive. This and right choice his way, and purposefulness, and love for his work. Is it easy to imitate him?

Sample answers:

He lived in a different era, when the state provided all the opportunities for self-realization.

It is very difficult to imitate him, because you need to work hard on yourself, not to forgive your weaknesses.

For this you need best years dedicate life to study, work - but for what? To get into the Book of Records?

Why live to be a hundred years old? You need to take everything from life in your youth!

It's a pity to look at old people, why else live to be a hundred years old?

Uglov not only extended his life, he extended his active life. He showed that even at 100 years old you can work, be the right people, Enjoying life.

V. Work with the "Memo to the Russian centenarian"

Classroom teacher. Of all his recommendations, Fedor Uglov compiled a "Memo to the Russian centenarian." There are 12 rules in this memo. But some rules, it would seem, are not related to health and need clarification. However, the academician did not give these explanations, leaving us to draw our own conclusions. Try to explain how the implementation of each of these rules will affect the improvement of our health and what kind of health can we talk about?

We listen to your explanations.

(The teacher reads the rule, those who wish speak out.)

1. Love your homeland. And protect her. The homeless don't live long. (Health is connected with patriotism. Homeland is roots, faith, the desire to leave a good legacy behind. This item concerns moral, mental health.)

2. Love the job. And physical too. (Work gives energy, purpose in life. It is in work that a person can most fully reveal himself as a person. This item is related to physical, mental, moral health.)

3. Know how to control yourself. Do not lose heart under any circumstances. (This item concerns mental health. Decay of spirit can lead to depression, when even a highly moral and physically strong person can break down.)

4. Never drink or smoke, otherwise all other recommendations will be useless. (We are talking about physical health here. These bad habits literally destroy a person.)

5. Love your family. Feel free to answer for her. (This rule speaks of mental, moral health. The family gives a person a sense of protection, stability, consciousness of a life lived correctly.)

6. Maintain your normal weight, no matter what the cost. Don't overeat! (We are talking about physical health. But being overweight can also cause psychological problems.)

7. Be careful on the road. Today it is one of the most dangerous places for life. (Injuries - this refers to physical health.)

8. Do not be afraid to go to the doctor on time. (To do this, you need to overcome your laziness and fear - which means you need to have mental health.)

9. Spare your children health-destroying music. (This is a call to protect the psyche of the child. Music can have a devastating effect: a person becomes uncontrollable.)

10. The regime of work and rest is laid at the very basis of your body's work. Love your body, spare it. (You can’t overwork, you need to properly distribute the load. Otherwise, you can come to nervous breakdown, and therefore undermine mental and physical health.)

11. Individual immortality is unattainable, but the duration of your life largely depends on you. (Care for physical, mental, moral health helps to prolong life.)

12. Do good. Evil, unfortunately, will work itself out. (This rule helps to preserve both physical, mental and moral health.)

VI. Discussion on the topic "Cultural" booze or complete sobriety?

Classroom teacher. Fedor Grigorievich Uglov did for his long life many operations, saved thousands of lives. But also more people he saved without a scalpel - he helped them get rid of alcohol, drug and tobacco addiction. Professor Uglov's books were especially convincing - after all, as a surgeon, he saw with his own eyes the destructive work of alcohol, tobacco and drugs. Based on long-term observations and research F.G. Uglov came to the conclusion that alcohol and tobacco are leading Russia to the abyss. Dr. Uglov opposed the education of a "culture of drinking", he fought for a complete rejection of alcohol and smoking - for a sober lifestyle. I propose to discuss this question: which path seems to you more optimal for our country - the education of a "culture of drinking" or complete sobriety?

(Children raise their hands, speak out.)

Approximate arguments of the parties:

Absolute sobriety

"Cultural" drinking

Alcohol is a drug, a potent poison

Alcohol is a food

"Cultural" drinking is the most terrible enemy. Everyone who drinks alcohol either becomes an alcoholic or shortens their life by 15-20 years.

There are many people around who drink alcohol all their lives and live to advanced years.

In Russia, alcohol consumption has always been very low, traditional drinks were kvass, braga, honey.

A bottle of wine is just an attribute of communication, this is in the tradition of the Russian people

Even small doses of alcohol remain in the body for 20 days, especially the higher spheres of the psyche suffer. A person continues to work only at the expense of the subcortex, the lower layers, where automatic actions,

Small doses of alcohol stimulate the creative process, relieve stress

In the body of Russians, a special enzyme for the breakdown of alcohol is almost not produced. But in peoples who traditionally consume grapes, this enzyme is produced in sufficient quantities, which prevents alcohol poisoning.

The French, Moldovans, Georgians, Italians also drink alcoholic beverages, but do not become alcoholics, because they know how to drink culturally

The human brain does not have biological protection against alcohol: having satiated, a person will not eat again. And a drunk may not stand on his feet, but reach for a glass ...

A cultured person knows his limits and can always stop - this is what supporters of "cultural" drinking call for

Culture and wine drinking are incompatible things, it's the same as culture and murder or suicide, cultural mockery of a person ...

Wine is a great invention of mankind. You just need to know how to use it

Classroom teacher. Our discussion came to an end, it was difficult for the supporters of absolute sobriety to defend their point of view - after all, drinking has already become so firmly established in our lives, and even 13-year-olds cannot do without a bottle of beer. Maybe this information from the newspaper* [reads] will be an additional argument in defense of complete sobriety:

The World Health Organization (WHO) has established that 8 liters of pure alcohol per capita is the limit of the country's alcoholization. It is followed by severe and sometimes irreversible consequences - illness, disability, the birth of handicapped children, losses in the economy, culture, and the social sphere.

We can say that Russia has already crossed this line. And we are seeing results.

There are millions of registered alcoholics in the country.

Children's alcoholism is on the rise (6-year-olds already become alcoholics!).

In the last decade of the XX century. associated with alcohol

72% kills;

42% suicides;

52.6% of deaths from injuries, accidents and other external causes;

67.6% of deaths from cirrhosis of the liver;

23% of deaths from cardiovascular diseases.

Alcohol kills 500-750 thousand people a year.

Alcohol means accidents, damage to equipment, psychosis, poisoning by surrogates, diseases, disabilities, neglected children and many other terrible phenomena.

VII. Final conversation

Classroom teacher. Health is the privilege of wisdom. To stay healthy, you need to show wisdom. How to do it?

Sample answers:

Find a higher purpose, find the meaning of life.

Refuse excesses.

Know yourself, do what works for you. Avoid things that can hurt.

Observe the measure in everything.

Think first, then act, not the other way around.

Classroom teacher. Philosophers say that the mind is given to a person by nature, the mind is given by training, wisdom is acquired by self-consciousness and self-education. So it turns out that health is an incessant work on oneself, self-education. And the experience of F.G. The corner clearly confirms this.

VIII. Summing up (reflection)

Classroom teacher. What did you find interesting and useful in today's conversation? What do you disagree with?

About wisdom

Wisdom is the ability to rise above one's current, momentary interests for the sake of more distant interests, in the future - extending beyond the limits of individual life. A wise man will not exchange the joy of the day for the pleasure of a moment, he will not exchange the happiness of life for the joy of the day, he will not exchange the eternal good for the happiness of life. Wisdom is the ability to give each thing according to its measure, separating the measure of a minute from the measure of the day, the measure of the journey from the measure of the house, and the measure of love from the measure of friendship. The wise man tries to be proportionate to the conditions in which he found himself on earth, perceiving life as a gift and as an axiom, from which one should proceed and with which it is pointless to argue. In search of the greatest good for himself and for others, he does not miss the opportunity to change what can be changed, but he does not fight what he considers irresistible.

If the passive quality of the will is called patience, and the active one is called courage, then wisdom is precisely the ability to distinguish between the areas of application of these qualities, to distinguish circumstances that need to be endured from circumstances that need to be redone. An expression of wisdom can be found in the following well-known saying: “Lord, give me grace to accept serenely things that cannot be changed; courage - to change things that need to be changed; and wisdom is to distinguish one from the other. In other words, wisdom, as it were, mediates between the virtues of patience and courage, delimiting the areas of their action: to accept what I cannot change, and to change what I cannot accept.

Wisdom, intelligence and wisdom

Wisdom is similar to the mind - they have a common opposite: stupidity. Stupidity is a misunderstanding of the measure, non-compliance with the boundaries between things, substitution of one for another, action in one world according to the laws of another. The folklore fool cries at a wedding and dances at a funeral. But wisdom must be distinguished from intelligence. A wise person is usually smart, but a smart person is not necessarily wise. Wisdom is a mind that understands its own limits and can consciously replace the action of the mind with the action of the heart or the action of the body. To touch the shoulder of the afflicted is wiser than to utter an edification, such as those uttered by Job's friends. Wisdom is smarter than the mind itself, it understands the place of the mind in the world, its limitation to desire, will, nonsense. Wisdom can weigh mind and no-mind and favor one or the other. What may look like madness to the mind can be justified by wisdom.

The mind is given to a person by nature, the mind is given by training, wisdom is acquired by self-consciousness and self-education.

Information lecture

1. Components of a healthy lifestyle

a) Proper breathing.

It is very important to always breathe through your nose. In the nasal passages, the air is cleaned, warmed, moistened. In health gymnastics called “yoga”, it is commonly believed that “only one generation of properly breathing people will revive humanity and make diseases so a rare occurrence that they will be looked upon as extraordinary."

Of course, it is also important that the air we breathe is clean.

b) Rational nutrition.

Well-known Russian publicist and literary critic D.I. Pisarev assured: "Change the food of a person, and the whole person will gradually change." Human health is largely determined by the quantity and quality of food, diet. The modern diet of most people is characterized by a large consumption of foods containing a lot of carbohydrates. The result is overeating and obesity. “Moderation is the ally of nature,” said the ancient Greek physician, the father of medicine, Hippocrates. Yes, food should be moderate, but varied and complete.

Food must contain vitamins! Fresh vegetables and fruits, honey, dried apricots, nuts, raisins, buckwheat, oatmeal, millet - these are the products that increase the vital activity of the body. You need to include them in your diet. And bread made from fine flour, pasta, sausages, sausages, fried potatoes are deprived of most of the biologically active substances. Such a diet reduces the vital activity of the body. It is also important to remember that foods that contain various preservatives, sweeteners and colors are not healthy and even dangerous to health.

c) Motor activity, physical education and sports, positive emotions and hardening.

It should be added that the components of a healthy lifestyle also include physical activity (at least 30 minutes a day). It improves the functioning of all vital organs. Without physical activity there can be no health. “If you don’t run while you are healthy, you will have to run when you are sick,” said the Roman poet Horace.

The most useful and affordable sports: swimming, cycling, gymnastics, hiking.

Positive emotions are also necessary for a healthy lifestyle: joy, happiness, life satisfaction, kindness.

Negative emotions that destroy health: anger, fear, resentment, anxiety, longing, suspiciousness, greed. Try to avoid such emotions and protect those around you from them.

2. Factors that negatively affect human health

a) Tobacco smoking.

It is often referred to as bad habits, but this is one of the dangerous diseases called chemical addiction. According to world statistics, about 2.5 million people die prematurely among smokers every year. There are about 400 components in tobacco smoke, 40 of which have a carcinogenic effect, i.e. capable of causing cancer diseases. The most dangerous radioactive polonium-210.

Smoking is especially detrimental to a woman's body. If a woman smokes during pregnancy, then the likelihood of miscarriage increases, the weight of the fetus decreases, and premature birth may occur. The child of such a woman is often sick. If a woman smokes during breastfeeding, then the child becomes weak, painful, lags behind in development. Smoking is very harmful for children and adolescents, boys and girls. After all, it is in adolescence an organism is finally formed, which should serve all its life. Smoking is dangerous not only for the smoker, but also for the people around him. The so-called "passive smoking", when a person is forced to inhale smoke while in a smoky room, has the same negative effect on the body as smoking itself.

b) Alcoholism.

"Alcoholism does more havoc than three historical scourges put together: famine, plague, war."

W. Gladstone

In ancient times, people got acquainted with the unusual amusing effect of certain drinks. The most common milk, honey, fruit juices, standing in the sun, changed not only their appearance, taste, but also acquired the ability to excite, instill a feeling of lightness, carelessness, well-being. People did not immediately notice that the next day a person pays with a headache, weakness, and a bad mood. Our distant ancestors had no idea what a terrible enemy they had acquired.

The main constituent of most alcoholic beverages is ethyl alcohol. Taken inside, after 5-10 minutes it is absorbed into the bloodstream and spreads throughout the body. Alcohol is a poison for any living cell. Burning quickly, it robs tissues and organs of oxygen and water. Under the influence of alcohol, almost all physiological processes in the body are disrupted, and this can lead to serious illnesses. The fastest and most destructive effect of alcohol is on brain cells, the tissue of the kidneys, heart, blood vessels, and liver is reborn.

The blood vessels under the influence of alcohol first dilate, and the blood saturated with alcohol rushes to the brain, causing a sharp excitation of the nerve centers - this is where the overly cheerful mood and swagger of a drunk person comes from. Following the increasing excitation in the cerebral cortex, there comes a sharp weakening of the processes of inhibition. The cortex ceases to control the work of the (lower) subcortical regions of the brain. Therefore, an intoxicated person loses control over himself and a critical attitude towards his behavior. Losing restraint and modesty, he says and does things that he would not say and would not do in a sober state. Each new portion of alcohol paralyzes more and more nerve centers, as if connecting them and not allowing them to interfere with the chaotic activity of the sharply excited lower parts of the brain.

The famous Russian psychiatrist S.S. Korsanov described this state as follows: “An intoxicated person does not think about the consequences of his words and actions and treats them extremely lightly ... Passions and bad impulses appear without any cover and induce more or less wild actions. But in a normal state, the same person can be well-mannered, and modest, even shy. Everything in his personality that is restrained by upbringing, decency skills, seems to come out. In a state of intoxication, a person can tell any secret, loses vigilance, ceases to be careful. It is not for nothing that they say: "What a sober man has on his mind, then a drunkard has on his tongue."

Beer is not as harmless as it sometimes seems. It is made from a useful product - barley. This drink contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats and even vitamins. But in the process of making beer, fermentation microbes destroy all the beneficial components, so there is little benefit from it, to put it mildly. In addition, 0.5 liters of beer correspond to 60-80 grams of vodka. According to the observations of the German psychotherapist E. Kraepelin, 45% of his patients became alcoholics as a result of drinking beer regularly and a lot. In addition, do not forget that this is a very high-calorie drink. Regular beer drinkers quickly get fat.

c) drug addiction.

Often the first step to drugs is taken out of curiosity. Up to 60% of drug addicts “tried” drugs in this way. Drug addiction is formed very quickly, its process is so rapid that at the age of 30-40 a drug addict is already a very old man. From psychological addiction to physical dependence takes only 2-3 months.

Narcotic substances have an extremely pronounced effect on the human body. Nerve cells as if burned, the protective functions of the body are sharply reduced. A defenseless body is attacked by many diseases. All organs and systems of the body suffer: the heart muscle is affected, gastritis occurs, peptic ulcer, pancreatitis, liver cirrhosis, cholelithiasis and kidney stones, pneumonia, pleurisy, hepatitis, AIDS.

All types of metabolism are disturbed: protein, carbohydrate, fat. Personality changes are expressed in progressive degradation, often turning into dementia.
