The Elder Scrolls Online | 2017-06-10

As you travel through the world of Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind, you will find blue pillars that emit a bright light into the sky. Some of them are located on the surface and are easy to find, to search for others you will have to go down into caves and dungeons.

These rays of light are called Skyshards, and they are needed for additional leveling of the character. When collecting 3 shards, you get an additional skill point.

There are 18 Skyshards hidden on the island of Vvardenfell, which makes it possible to get 6 skill points. Below we will present a map with the location of all the fragments. After finding them, you need to interact with each of them.

  1. The shard can be found during the quest in Seyda Nin. He is in the courtyard of the house where you are talking to Salvi.
  2. Go to the solo dungeon Zainsipilu, to enter which use the door near the road (under the mushrooms). Once inside, follow the path behind the waterfall.
  3. Northeast of Seyda Nin there is Lake Amaya. The fragment is located in the trunk of a tree.
  4. Follow the ruins of Ashalmimilkala. The shard is behind a semicircular door.
  5. The shard is located in the Khartag Point dungeon. To enter it, find the pier. Inside the dungeon, go along the right side of it and turn left, reaching the second turn.
  6. In Yasammadin near the pillar of the bridge that connects to the building.
  7. Head to the Ashalmawia dungeon, to enter which use the large metal door. After that, go to the second part and kill the Cult of the Worm.
  8. In the southern part of the fiery lava. The shard is located on an island of rocks.
  9. Once in the Forgotten Wastes dungeon, follow the southern Kogorun caves, where the skyshard is located.
  10. The next shard is inside the Nchuleft dungeon. Inside, keep to the right side, and when you see the first turn, turn left. To pick up the shard, you need to jump into the lava.
  11. The shard is located inside the bandits' cave, which can be accessed through a wooden door attached to the rock. The shard can be found in the bandit's dwelling, which is carved inside the stone.
  12. In the middle of a large island there is a large tree, near which there is a passage to the fire. To find the shard, go to the small boulder from the ledge.
  13. The shard is located on the surface among a cluster of islands.
  14. The shard is located near the northern ruins of the Dwemer.
  15. Go to the Nchuleftingth Dungeon. Once inside, follow to the central part, and then go up to the platform in the southwest. To get a shard, you need to kill opponents.
  16. The shard is behind the rocks, at the fork in the road that leads north.
  17. In the Matus-Akin Egg Mine dungeon, there is an area with a pond, in which the shard is located.
  18. On the island with the stone tower there is a stump with a shard inside.

Bank- Banks are special places owned by bankers. They will give you access to your bank (banking space) where you will be able to store items you may need later, such as crafting materials. If you have access, the banker will also provide you with the services of using the guild bank and the guild shop. If you have multiple characters, then each character will use the same bank space.

Bank updates
To get additional banking space (increasing the number of slots), you must visit the bank and pay the banker a certain amount of gold. Each new upgrade will increase your bank space by ten slots. The initial banking space consists of sixty slots.

Caravan

Tailor- Tailors (orig. Clothiers), are merchants who will sell you unknown light and medium armor, as well as some crafting materials. Many tailors can be found in forges, but few manage to run clothing stores on their own. Not to be confused with clothing merchants.

Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary- The Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary is the habitat of the members of this organization in Cyrodiil, its headquarters. Located under an abandoned house in the east of Cheydinhal. The Earl of Cheydinhal is aware of the Vault's existence, but threats and bribes have taken their toll, and now the Earl turns a blind eye to it. The entrance to the Vault is located in the basement of the house, only those who know the password can get into it. There is another entrance, through a well in the backyard of an abandoned house, but only experienced members of the Brotherhood can use it.

Inside, the Vault looks like one of the many ruined forts in Cyrodiil. The shelter is quite simple, it is very difficult to get lost in it.

painting station- Dye Stations - places where you can find dyes to change the color of the armor.

Enchanter- These shops usually contain enchantment tables and enchantment vendors. Some of the Enchanters are in the drugstore room.

Fighters Guild- A guild of mercenaries who perform a wide range of services for those who are willing to pay.

The Fighters Guild is an organization of mercenaries found throughout Tamriel. To gain reputation with them, the player must destroy several Dark Anchors or Daedra, as well as various undead. Good relations with the guild gives the player many benefits, including new skills and abilities.

Interior Dealer- Furnishers are merchants who offer a wide variety of items for your home. You can usually find them in market stalls and inns, but few of them have their own stalls.

Guild Kiosk- Guild Kiosks are found throughout Tamriel. Guild merchants operate in these stores, offering items from various guilds. Most of the stalls are located near the wayshrines.

Hotels- Inns (orig. Inns) - places where you can buy food, meet people and listen to bards.

Guild of Mages- The Mages Guild is an association of social organizations dedicated to the teaching of the magical arts. Its offices can be found throughout Tamriel. In order to gain reputation with the Mages Guild, the player must bring back the books they lost from Shalidor's library during the game.
Each history book found adds five points to the hero's qualification of the Mages Guild line. After accumulating a certain number of points, you can be assigned the title of a guild. Good relations with the guild will help the player gain new skills, perks and abilities. The Mages Guild quests are directly related to the Daedric Prince of Madness Sheogorath.

Sanctuary- Rededication Shrines give the player the ability to reset attributes and skill points for a cost of 50 gold per point.

  • Shrine of Akatosh allows you to redistribute your character's attribute points.
  • Shrine of Auriel
  • Sanctuary of Keen allows you to redistribute attribute points.
  • Shrine of Stendarr
  • Sanctuary of Stun will give you the option to reset either all of your skill points or just the points spent on their morphs.
  • Sanctuary of Mary can be used to perform the Ritual of Mara. They can be found in large settlements in the first and second zones of each alliance.
  • The entire map in The Elder Scrolls Online is divided into locations, between which you can travel both on foot and with the help of wayshrines. Unlike other MMOs in TESO, locations are not divided into levels. This means that you are free to go anywhere and play in the location you want. You can also take friends with you or join groups regardless of the level, because the strength of the monsters and the difficulty of the location, as well as the reward, will adjust to the level of your character. Forget about situations in which you "outgrown" the level of the location, and the quests are still in full swing. Also, if you're playing with a friend, you no longer need to adjust to each other's levels in order to be able to play together. In The Elder Scrolls Online, true freedom of movement awaits you. As in the single-player parts of the series, in TESO you can see a lot of objects on the map.

    Skyshards

Skyshards, or Skyshards, are among the most coveted objects for Tamriel's explorers. For every three Skyshards, you gain one skill point. Shards can be hidden in a wide variety of places. In order to collect them all, you will have to be very careful and search every corner of Tamriel and Coldharber. Or use our Skyshard Map.

    Treasure Maps

Want to feel like a real adventurer? In TESO, you may come across treasure maps. If you have enough strength and ingenuity, then the buried treasure will be yours. You can also use our treasure map

    Wayshrines

Wayshrines allow players to travel the world. To interact with the sanctuary, you must first reach it yourself. After that, you can move to it for free using other shrines. You can also move to it from anywhere in the world, but for a moderate fee. After teleportation, the next such move will cost you more. Movement between sanctuaries is possible in any quantities without restrictions.

Various places and attractions of any interest. To open them, just walk past.

    Cities

Unlike the single-player games in the series, in order to open many cities and villages (make the icon white), you will need to complete the quest chain associated with this place. Thus, to fully open the entire map, it is not enough just to run near each marker.

    Group Dungeons

Classic dungeons for groups of four. They have normal and veteran modes. In normal mode, you can get blue items. Veteran mode presents more difficulty for unprepared players, but also a much more valuable reward in the form of purple things. Also, it is in veteran mode that you can get helmets from monster sets from the final bosses. It is in veteran dungeons that the Dauntless daily quests are completed, allowing you to open chests with shoulders from monster sets. On the final boss, you can activate a hardmode scroll or complete special conditions and get two keys instead of one as a reward for the daily. Also, when you first visit the dungeon, you can complete the quest and get a skill point as a reward.

    Public Dungeons

They are public dungeons. This means that you can enter it at any time and go through it together with other players. The number of players is unlimited. After killing the last boss for the first time, you will receive a skill point. Almost every location has one public dungeon.

    Delves

Mini-dungeons that you can go through on your own or with a partner. As well as public dungeons, they are shared.

    Trials

Particularly difficult dungeons designed for experienced and well-equipped players. Most of the trials are designed for 12 players, but there are also trials for 4 players (dragonstar rent) and for solo passage (maelstorm arena). It is in trials that you can get the best things in the game.

    Group Bosses

Group bosses are elite monsters that are extremely difficult to defeat alone. To counter group bosses, it is better to unite in groups. But even with a group, it will not be easy to defeat them, because each of them has his own unique tactics. Group bosses often drop high quality rare items. You don't have to group up with other players to get loot. If you see that someone is already fighting the boss, you can safely attack, each participant in the battle will receive a reward when the boss is killed. As a rule, each location has several group bosses.

    Dark Anchors

Dark Anchors or Dolmens are holes in space through which Nirn and Coldharber merge. Dark Anchors open after the Worm cultists perform their ritual. To close the Anchor, you need to destroy all the Daedra. For this you will receive experience and a chest with a reward.

    Knowledge Books (Lorebooks)

The Knowledge Books contain fascinating stories and curious details of the history of the surrounding world. After reading a book, it is added to your library and you can always read it again. But most importantly, collecting books is the only way to level up the Mages Guild branch, which gives you access to powerful spells. Just like Sky Shards, Knowledge Books are scattered all over the world, and you never know in which dungeon or tavern the next book is located, unless, of course, you use our map.

    Mundus Stones

With the Mundus Stones, you can choose your character's zodiac sign. Being under a certain zodiac sign gives you certain bonuses. Stones are also scattered around the world. You can see the location of all the Mundus Stones here.

    Stations (Crafting Site)

While in major cities, you can create any common armor for yourself. But if you want to have a set of items with a certain bonus, you have to go on a trip. Set Crafting Stations allow you to create an armor set with powerful set buffs. But remember that the most powerful sets can only be created by the most gifted of the master craftsmen.

    Player House

Houses for purchase by players. You can enter any house or teleport through the Crown Store and look around. As a rule, each location has one or two houses. You can find out more about houses here.

    Crafting Researches

For completing crafting daily tasks, you can get cards with rich deposits of resources. Just like with treasure, you will have to go on a journey and use your wits to find a gold mine.

    City

In large cities you can find all the necessary services:

    Marketplace

From merchants in the market, you can purchase a variety of goods, sell accumulated trash, repair equipment, and also increase the capacity of your bag.

    Gunsmith (Armory)

    Arms Dealer

    Bronnik (Outfitter)

    Armor Dealer

    Guild Kiosk

Representatives of game trading guilds. Here you can buy goods offered for sale by other players. Read more about the guild shop system and trading here

    Bank

In the bank, you can leave valuables and gold for safekeeping. The bank is shared across your entire account.

    Stable

In the stables you can purchase a mount, as well as improve your riding skills

    Fighters Guild

Here you can complete Fighters Guild story quests, as well as daily quests to close Dark Anchors

    Mages Guild

Here you can complete Mages Guild story quests, as well as daily quests to search for relics of the Mad God

    Undaunted Enclave

Here you can take daily Undaunted Pledges

    Outlaws Refuge

Here you can hide from the harsh hand of the law, sell or launder stolen items

    Sanctuary

Here you can reset skills and stats, as well as arrange a wedding ceremony using Mara's ring

Long ago, during the second era, at the time of the process of merging the two Planes, travelers were looking for a power that they could get to help in their fight against Molag Bal. Among these elements of power were Skyshards, presumably available to those dedicated to the study of Tamriel. Not much is known about them, but in these difficult times of dragons and civil war, the Skyshards have resurfaced and must be discovered so you can increase your power.

    Update:2.0.5 (patches)
    * The mod itself has not been updated, only the patch for the new version of Wyrmstooth 1.18 has been updated

    Update:2.0.5
    * One of the Skyshards was placed backwards and turned on its aura and glow when it should have been turned off.

    Update:2.0.4 (patches)
    * The mod itself has not been updated, only patches for mods have been updated to version 2.0.4
    * Patch files now have the .ESL format flag, but still have the .ESP format, so patches will no longer use and occupy slots in mod load order.

    Update:2.0.4
    - One of the Skyshards with a beacon sticking out under a rock was displaced.
    - Another Skyshard's beacon was not correctly linked to the disable function when the Skyshard itself was activated. Corrected.
    - The Sky Shard was turning off by itself, instead of the aura attached to it. Corrected.
    * Note. These fixes will not work on Skyshards that have already been activated.

    Update:2.0.3 (patches)
    - Optionally added addons for Beyond Skyrim mods: Bruma 1.3.3 SSE, Falskaar 2.2 SSE, Wyrmstooth 1.7 SSE.

    Update:2.0.3
    * Requires game version 1.5.39.0.8 or lower!
    - Sky Shards that have not yet been discovered will now make a buzzing sound. Due to restrictions on how sound works in the game, you still need to be close enough to one of them to hear. Touching the Sky Shard will play a new visual effect and sound, no more annoying thunder.
    - Selected Skyshards that are located outside will now have a visible blue beacon above them. Because the beacon object ignores collisions, the visible effect will not be visible on shards that are covered by something, and shards indoors will not have visual beacons. Beacons will not be visible from afar, which is consistent with their behavior in ESO.
    - Added file Skyshards - Textures.bsa

    Update:1.0.2
    - The script that caused the problems has been redesigned.
    - Upgraded skyshard textures to higher resolution.

    Update:1.0.1
    - Fixed a bug in the shard activation script that caused you to gain more than one skill point at a time.

    More:
    * Skyshards (org. Skyshards) are collectible items. The shards are scattered throughout Tamriel. For every three Skyshards found, the player gains one extra point of skill.
    * This mod places Skyshards throughout all of Skyrim's provinces, including Dawnguard and Dragonborn Island. Just like in ESO, once you collect 3 shards, you will receive 1 skill point to distribute as you see fit.
    * There are 6 shards in each district, for a total of 66 Skyshards, for a total of 22 additional skill points. This may seem like a lot, but by the time you find them all, you will most likely be at a pretty high level anyway, so balance is guaranteed after all.
    * Only 3 screenshots provided showing the location of the shards, I will not reveal the location of all the shards. They don't have map markers and there aren't any guides. They are located in ordinary locations and in difficult ones, so that they are not so easy to find.
    * This mod will pair especially with mods that expand the number of perks you can use, as well as mods that increase the number of points needed to acquire skills.
    * For Skyrim LE

    Requirements:
Skyrim Special Edition 1.5.73.0.8 and higher

Installation: (can be done manually or through NMM / MO managers)
Place the files Skyshards.bsa, Skyshards - Textures.bsa and Skyshards.esp in the Data folder in the game, activate.
If you have mods 1.3.3 SSE and above, 2.2 SSE and above, 1.18 SSE and above, then download the addon package, unpack the general archive, select the desired addon and install.

swing system in The Elder Scrolls Online very versatile. Each playable class has a pretty wide selection of branches - armor, weapons, racial abilities, crafting skills, and more. Many of them you can open by joining one of the guilds, some will become available after interacting with interactive items that are scattered around the world. Each of the branches has both active and passive skills. Skill points will have to be spent on learning and subsequent transformations of skills ( Skill Points), which, in turn, the character receives in the process of moving up the level line. True, they alone will not be enough to improve all the necessary skills so that your character is not flawed in the eyes of your comrades. But where do you get the much-needed skill points? The answer is simple, skyshards will help you.

Sky Shard ( skyshards) is a specific object that can be found during wanderings around the world. You get to know him by completing the introductory quest chain at the very beginning of the game (remember when the prophet asks you to absorb the energy of the shard?). Each time you absorb the energy of three fragments, you will receive 1 skill point. The great thing about all this is that there are enough shards scattered around the world to master many of the skills. The main difficulty is to find the places of fragments.

    Location of fragments

Thanks to your help, we painstakingly plot the location of all the fragments (as well as other hidden places) on our interactive map in order to facilitate their subsequent search.

Aldmeri Dominion Daggerfall Covenant Ebonheart Pact

Shards were introduced into the game as a reward to players for thoroughly exploring the world. That is why they are scattered everywhere: from dungeons and catacombs, to hard-to-reach high-rise terrain. The best way to find them yourself is to forget about the roads. Explore the world, try to get to a variety of places and you will be rewarded. It will be very difficult to get past the fragment. A milky-clear beam of light shining from the ground is visible at considerable distances.

If you have any difficulties in the process of finding fragments, we suggest that you use our interactive map.

    Some additional information

    • The character can absorb the energy of each fragment found only once.
    • Once you absorb the energy of a shard, it will not disappear and will be publicly available to both your party members and everyone else in the world.
    • The location of the fragments is fixed.
    • There are a number of achievements dedicated to collecting Skyshards.

Please note that you can explore the lands of other factions after completing the tasks of your alliance. You will be able to complete the tasks of their NPCs, explore other people's territories and, of course, collect shards.

    See you in the game.
