Handball is a team game in which each player coordinates his actions with the actions of his partners. Various functions of the players oblige them to constantly interact with each other to achieve a common goal. This feature has great importance to foster friendship and camaraderie, the habit of subordinating one's actions to the interests of the collective.
The desire to surpass the opponent in the speed of action, ingenuity, accuracy of throws, clarity of passes and other actions aimed at achieving victory, teaches those involved to mobilize their capabilities, act with maximum effort, and overcome difficulties that arise in the course of wrestling.
Handball classes contribute to the development and improvement of the basic physical qualities of those involved, the formation of various motor skills, and health promotion.
The game environment in handball is changing rapidly. Each attack creates new game situations. These conditions teach players to constantly monitor the process of the game, instantly assess the situation, act proactively, resourcefully and quickly in any game situation. The variability of the conditions for the implementation of game actions also requires the manifestation of high independence.
The competitive nature of the game, the independence of tactical individual and group actions, the continuous change in the situation, success or failure cause the players to manifest a variety of feelings and experiences. High emotional upsurge maintains constant activity and interest in the game.
These peculiarities Handball games create favorable conditions for educating children in the ability to manage emotions, control their actions, in case of success, not to weaken the struggle, and in case of failure, not to lose heart.
Forming the behavioral attitudes of the trainees on the basis of the above, handball, as a sports game, with its technical and methodological means, effectively allows you to enrich the inner world of the child, expand his awareness in the field of healing and development of the body.

the hygiene of those involved, their clothes,
injury prevention,
rules of the game,
information about the history of the development of handball,
information about modern advanced handball players, teams.
Theoretical information should be communicated to students during practical classes in different parts of the lesson, in pauses between exercises, in between games.
Relevance programs for modern children leading a sedentary lifestyle, involving them in various sections, in an aggressive information environment, forms a positive psychology of communication and collective interaction, classes in a circle, sections help to increase self-esteem, exercising in an informal setting, unlike a school where strict requirements for discipline, the child is more liberated, which reveals his hidden possibilities for the formation of logical thinking.

When teaching, the main methods of organizing and implementing educational and cognitive work are used, such as verbal, visual, practical, inductive and problem-search methods. The choice of methods (methods) of teaching depends on the psychophysiological, age characteristics of children, topics and forms of classes. At the same time, in the learning process, all methods are implemented in the closest relationship.
The methodology of conducting classes involves the constant creation of situations of success, joy from overcoming difficulties in mastering the material being studied.
From the first lessons, students learn about safety, fire safety, the proper organization of their own work, the rational use of working time, the competent use of sports equipment and sports equipment.
The program is based on certain pedagogical principles:
the principle of subjectivity of the cognizing consciousness. The teacher and the student are defined as active subjects of education.
complementarity principle. The teacher's monologue gives way to semantic dialogue, interaction, partnership, orientation towards the real freedom of the developing personality.
the principle of openness of educational and educational information. The world of knowledge "opens up" to the student due to the work of his consciousness, as the main personal value. The teacher does not "present" knowledge in a form ready for understanding, but gives them the context of discovery.
principle of respect for the personality of the child in combination with reasonable demands on him, suggests that exactingness is a kind of measure of respect for the personality of the child. Reasonable exactingness is always expedient if dictated by the needs of the educational process and the tasks of personality development.
the principle of consciousness and activity of students involves the creation
conditions for an active and conscious attitude of students to learning,
conditions for students to realize the correctness and practical value of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities.
the principle of a differentiated and individual approach to learning implies the need to take into account the individual capabilities and age-related psychophysiological characteristics of each student when choosing the pace, methods and way of teaching.
the principle of continuity, consistency and systematic It consists in such an organization of the educational process, in which each lesson is a logical continuation of previous work, allows you to consolidate and develop what has been achieved, to raise the student to a higher level of development.
the principle of accessibility and passivity is to apply the basic rule of didactics "from the simple to the complex, from the known to the unknown".

WORKING PROGRAM OF THE DISCIPLINE
"Handball"

Compiled by:

Moscow, 2014
Explanatory note.
The program was developed on the basis of directive and regulatory documents regulating the work of sports sections, in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, Federal Law No. 95 #233), normative documents Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Physical Culture and Sports, and also used “Handball. An exemplary program for the system of additional education for children: / Ignatieva V.Ya., Maksimov V.S., Petracheva I.V. – M.; Soviet sport, 2003.
The program is intended for teachers and leaders of additional education in physical culture and sports and is the main state document regulating educational, training and educational work. It reveals the whole complex of parameters of teaching and training at school.
The training of handball players from a beginner to a high-class athlete is a single system, all components of which are interconnected and determined by the achievement of the main goal, which is to train highly qualified handball players.
With a systematic approach, the preparation process is considered in a long-term aspect, taking into account the unity of training, competitions and the restorative effects that enhance their effect.
The main objectives of phased sports training are as follows:
Attracting the maximum number of children and adolescents to systematic sports;
Ensuring comprehensive physical development and health promotion;
Education of strong-willed, morally stable citizens of the country;
The program contains sections that cover material by type of training (theoretical, physical, technical, tactical, gaming, psychological), means and forms of training, a system of control standards and exercises, rehabilitation and educational activities.
The program ensures strict consistency and continuity of the entire process of formation of sportsmanship of young athletes.
Organizational and methodical instructions.
Training of handball players is carried out in several stages, which have their own specific features. The main difference is the age and readiness of children enrolled in one or another training group.
Pupils of general education schools who wish to play sports and have written permission from a pediatrician are enrolled in the initial training stage. At this stage, physical culture, health and educational work is carried out, aimed at versatile physical training, the choice of sports specialization and the implementation of control standards for admission to the training stage of training.

Long-term training of handball players is built on the basis of methodological provisions, which constitute a set of tasks to be solved in the educational and training process:
Target orientation of training young athletes in relation to the highest sportsmanship;
Mastering certain volumes of training and competitive loads;
A comprehensive solution to the problems of education, training and comprehensive physical development;
Proportionality in the development of basic physical qualities in young athletes;
The implementation of qualities should be carried out depending on age characteristics;
A promising lead in the formation of sports and technical skills.
It is necessary to build the training of young players taking into account the uneven growth of their physical abilities in the process of development. These periods are most favorable for the improvement of the corresponding motor qualities, and the coach should contribute to their education, giving a load of a special orientation.

Premature separation of players by game functions significantly narrows the prospects for their further improvement. At the stage of initial training, young athletes must learn to perform any functions in the team.
Each student must learn to equally accurately pass the ball, dribble it, throw it into the goal from a place and on the move, attack quickly, patronize the attackers and tenaciously practice. Only after the young handball player masters this set of skills and abilities and his individual qualities are determined, you can proceed to specialization by role.
The choice of a goalkeeper is best done by looking at the game at the gates of all involved. Goalkeeper specialization should start from the second training in training groups.
Academic plan.
Throughout the entire period of training in the sports section, handball players go through several age stages, each of which provides for the solution of certain tasks. The general direction of the long-term training of young athletes from stage to stage is as follows:
Gradual transition from teaching game techniques and tactical actions to their improvement based on the growth of physical and mental capabilities;
Systematic addition of variability in the execution of game techniques and the breadth of interactions with parameters;
The transition from general preparatory means to the most specialized for a handball player;
Increasing the volume of training loads;
Increasing the intensity of training and, consequently, the use of rehabilitation measures to maintain the necessary performance and maintain the health of young handball players.
Tasks of the Initial Training Phase
- Selection of children capable of playing handball.
- Formation of persistent interest in classes.
- Comprehensive harmonious development of physical abilities, health promotion, hardening of the body.
- Education of special abilities (flexibility, speed, dexterity) for the successful mastery of game skills.
- Teaching the basic techniques of the game and tactical actions.
- Instilling the skills of competitive activity in accordance with the rules of mini-handball.

Control during preparation
Along with planning, the most important management function is control, which determines the effectiveness of educational and training work with handball players at all stages of long-term training. In the process of educational and training work, readiness is systematically recorded by:
The current assessment of the assimilation of the studied material;
Evaluation of the results of performance in team competitions and individual game indicators;
Performing control exercises for general and special training.
The control over the preparedness of handball players in educational and training groups must be carried out taking into account their biological age. It is important to take into account not only the year of study at the Youth Sports School, but the actual capabilities of young athletes at this stage of their physical development.
The "official" standards of preparedness of handball players of a certain age, which must be guided by when preparing players, are highlighted in the tables and have a score of 50 points. The total amount of the preparedness standard is 350 points. However, given the unequal development of children with different length body, the allowable norms of the complex result of testing handball players for general and special preparedness are given.
