About holding the All-Russian competition of doctors. In the nomination "The best district pediatrician"
In Smolensk summed up the results of the competition " best doctor year-2015". 41 specialists from 24 medical institutions of the region competed for the title of winner. 30 people became the best of the best. The works of the winners were sent to the All-Russian competition of doctors.
For the creation of a new diagnostic method 5 doctors of the Smolensk perinatal center were named the best at once: Valentin Kozhekin, Margarita Kretova, Maka Kalandia, Elena Antipova and Marina Safonoa.
The best obstetrician-gynecologist Vladimir Gavrilov became a specialist of the Yartsevo Central District Hospital.
In the nomination "The best anesthesiologist-resuscitator" the victory was won by the doctor of the Smolensk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital Petr Shevchenko.
best doctor instrumental diagnostics can be proud of the Clinical Emergency Hospital in Smolensk. They became the endoscopist Pavel Kirsov.
The best doctors laboratory diagnostics , as the competition showed, they work in the Smolensk Blood Center (Lyudmila Moiseenkova) and the Smolensk Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS (Larisa Kuzmina).
In the nomination "The best doctor radiodiagnosis» also two winners at once: Larisa Baburina - ultrasound doctor of the Shumyachskaya Central District Hospital and Yanina Vasilyeva - radiologist of the Smolensk Regional Children's clinical Hospital».
Best in nomination "Doctor of medical rehabilitation" Valentina Semyanina became a physiotherapist of the Roslavl Central District Hospital.

June 16, 2015 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Health Russian Federation I.N. Kagramanyan, a meeting of the Central Competition Commission of the All-Russian Competition of Doctors was held.
The All-Russian competition was held in three stages. At the first stage winners in labor collectives are defined. To conduct the second stage of the All-Russian competition, competitive commissions were formed by federal government bodies, government authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of health care and other government authorities in charge of medical organizations. The final decision at the third, final stage is made by the Central Competition Commission.
For the third stage of the All-Russian competition, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation received 577 entries from the winners of the second stage of the All-Russian competition from 43 constituent entities of the Russian Federation and 6 federal government bodies.
The presented competitive works are considered by the working groups formed in all nominations.
At the meeting of the Central Competition Commission, the protocols of the working groups and conclusions for each nominee were discussed, the results of the third stage of the All-Russian competition were summed up and the winners in thirty nominations were determined by open voting.

Minister Veronika Skvortsova spoke at the opening of the Congress and read out a greeting from the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev to the guests and participants of the event.
“In Russia, 2015 is marked by the fight against cardiovascular diseases. These diseases are among the most common in the world. They claim thousands of human lives every year, so the prevention of diseases and the introduction of innovative methods of their treatment are the most important tasks of medical science and practical healthcare,” the message said.
“Thanks to the comprehensive measures taken, in less than 10 years - since 2006 - the total mortality in the country has decreased by 14%, while from noncommunicable diseases- by 17%, among people of working age - by 25%. Mortality from strokes has decreased by 2 times, from coronary disease hearts - by 18%," said Veronika Skvortsova.
The Minister also noted that the further development of healthcare in Russia is impossible without effective staffing.
“There have been positive trends in the provision of the population with medical personnel. Thus, in 2014, compared with 2013, the indicator of provision of the population with district therapists increased by 4.35%, and the coefficient of part-time employment by district therapists decreased by 7.69%. The absolute number of district pediatricians increased by 1328 people. The coefficient of part-time work by district pediatricians decreased by 8.33%. In general, if in 2013 the combination coefficient was 1.54, then in 2014 this figure was 1.46, having decreased by 5%,” the Minister said.
During the event, Veronika Skvortsova was awarded the badge of honor of the Russian Scientific Medical Society of Therapists.

The All-Russian competition "The Best Doctor of the Year" is held for the fifteenth year in a row.
Doctors can take part in the competition if their work experience in the specialties corresponding to the nominations is at least 10 years, while at least 5 years in the organization that nominates the doctor for the competition.
In a number of nominations, a doctor can be nominated by patients, professional public organizations, and administrations of medical organizations. There is also a procedure for self-nomination.
The geography of contenders for the title of the best doctors is expanding every year. The competition is held in 33 nominations.
There are 90 winners this year. They were awarded diplomas and cash prizes. The winners who take first places receive a reward of 500 thousand rubles, those who take second places - 300 thousand rubles, those who take third places - 200 thousand rubles.
Also this year, the All-Russian competition "The Best Specialist with a Secondary Medical and Pharmaceutical Education", which laid down a good tradition, was held, where 22 winners were selected in 7 nominations, who took first, second and third places.
