Foolish Russia. How Vladimir Zhirinovsky won the election

“Each woman gets a man, each man gets 3 rubles 60 kopecks of vodka, and they both get 2 rubles 20 kopecks of sausages. Let's wash our boots in the Indian Ocean!" Approximately such a program by V.V. We remember Zhirinovsky from the time he ran for President of the Russian Federation. Seductive, however, program! Capaciously, simply, intelligibly. I remember one more of his catchphrases: “It is necessary to legalize polygamy in our country!” Why not legalize polyandry as well? And then we will definitely live like in Sweden, because the families are “Swedish”!

How is V.V. Zhirinovsky going to win votes today? Let's look at the program of the LDPR party in the last State Duma elections.

1.“LDPR stands for the Russians!“To give the Russian people the status of a state-forming nation. If there are no Russians, there will be no Russia either. Good for Russians - good for everyone! We are building our common Russian House for the Russians and with all the indigenous peoples of Russia!”

And where will we put the rest of the nationalities Russian Federation? Shall we send it somewhere else, or just kill us? Well, so that the Russians do not interfere with “good” life. Or will only Russians live “good”, and “all the indigenous peoples of Russia” will build? That is, we will return to the slave system? Will Russians live “well” and “indigenous peoples” plow? In general, a play on words. About nothing.

2.“It is necessary” to unite within Russia (on a voluntary basis) all territories former USSR , proving that in the conditions of cardinal geopolitical and climatic changes in the world, only united and strong powers can be viable"

Clearly smacks of imperialism. After all, Vladimir Volfovich, there is a small snag here. And who will feed all these "former socialist republics"? Is the Caucasus and Chechnya not enough for you today? Want more freeloaders? Judging by the history of recent years, after the collapse of the USSR, our "near abroad" somehow did not really gain a foothold in the world economic arena. Except for those who successfully sell drugs, of course.

3. “The LDPR party believes that full-scale industrialization should be carried out in Russia. To restore the industry ruined in the 1990s, without which the further movement of the country is impossible. But on new, innovative principles. We need green industrialization.”

Here!!! Here it is! "Prihvatization" is not enough for our oligarchs, let's "restore" all the plants and factories that have long been owned by "shareholders" at the expense of the state treasury! Vladimir Volfovich, what have the "masters" of these "industries" been doing for the last 20 years? Why didn't you carry out the notorious presidential "modernization" along with your "green industrialization" at your own expense? Where did the money go, which was pumped out of these "industries"? There is a loophole for corruption! Oh, how sweet the state "feeding trough" is! You can't drag it right behind your ears!

4. “Liquid, write off debts on rent, for electricity and gas for all pensioners, for all Russian citizens with incomes of less than 7 thousand rubles at the expense of additional federal budget revenues. Write off the debts of agricultural organizations, farmers, and everyone who works on the land at the expense of additional federal budget revenues.”

Here's a fool! And I, like the last idiot, paid for it all! No, good thesis, no words. That just begs the question: who will make up these lists for paying off debts? Our valiant housing and communal services, energy and Gazprom themselves? And until when will we cover the debts at the expense of “additional federal budget revenues”? Farmers need help. Here is the full “Odobryams!” But why again from the treasury? And who will check the lists of these farmers? Not a loophole, but a whole Babylonian gate for corruption! After all, there is another way out - just stop "eating red caviar with spoons" and start buying farm bread, milk and meat. And about dealers-wholesalers, I better keep silent. Otherwise, they will be "banned" - a three-story Russian mat is not listed on the Internet.

5. “The Liberal Democratic Party supports the population of Russia and demands a minimum wage of 50 rubles per hour, since 2014 - 100 rubles per hour. Work is provided primarily to Russian citizens, then to migrants. Cancel income tax on earnings up to 10 thousand rubles a month. Introduce an additional tax on excess income.

And again, “I approve!” And private entrepreneurs will also have to pay wages to their employees, at the rate of 50-100 rubles per hour? The thesis, frankly, is purely populist. Honestly, when will it finally reach our people and all those in power and “like them” that you have to pay for WORK, for a competitive product produced, and not for the time stupidly spent at work? We do not produce anything worthwhile, our "brands" are oil, gas, diamonds and timber! Where are all our "scientists-geniuses", who already today receive "not sickly loot" for their "scientific and technical innovative research"? By God, it's a shame for the State!

6. “The Liberal Democratic Party believes that it is necessary to pay attention to “remote territories, especially Siberia and the Far East. 80% of natural resources are concentrated here, but 20% of the population. Serious wage increases, subsidized housing, roads, and the development of processing industries should become the basis for settling these fertile places. Implement the principle of a tax-free economy in the Far Eastern Federal District for the next five years. The same principle should be applied on the territory of the Kaliningrad region.”

Along the way, I know where the “non-Russians” will be exiled and where “all the indigenous peoples of Russia” will really plow! In order for people to strive "into the wilderness, to Siberia", there must first be at least some kind of order put in place! Well, at least catch and imprison all the killers for a start! Where are you taking us, Vladimir Volfovich? A non-drying alcoholic directly "on the pen"? Or hide in dugouts in the forest in order to stay alive? The idea of the thesis is wonderful, but the ways to solve the problem are somehow “muddy”. And in general, maybe it’s already enough to live only on the innumerable "natural wealth" of our "fertile places"? What will we leave for the children?

7. “Radically change the budget policy. Sharply increase investment in engineering and construction. Fill local budgets by redistributing taxes between the center and the regions. Now 90% of local budgets are in deficit, everyone is on their knees in front of the center.”

I beg your pardon, but who adopted the Budget Code and annually approved the state budget? Or were you not present at those meetings of the State Duma? Or, excuse me, our elected, highly paid deputies will only receive a salary, and we will write laws? The question arises: why do we need the State Duma at all?

8. “To promote the cult of the family in society. The concept of "maternity capital" should be renamed "family capital", increased to 500 thousand rubles with an annual increase outpacing inflation for the birth of the first child and 700 thousand rubles for the birth of the second. To issue this money, including for the improvement of living conditions. To strengthen the family and increase the birth rate, reduce the working day for women with children under 14 by two hours and increase annual leave to 35 days.

On this occasion, I want to say in the words of my 87-year-old grandmother: “And we, fools, gave birth for free!” Of course, maternity capital is a good thing. But what about those who are infertile or, due to their age, can no longer bear children? That is, all the "youngsters", thanks to this point of the program, will "roll like cheese in butter", and the rest of the women will hunchback like damned ones, so that the state has the means to pay "family capital"? Inequality results and injustice. It's a shame! At the same time, undermining their own economy and devaluing their own currency. Inflation will just skyrocket! And we will never keep up with rising prices, especially for housing.

9. “The Liberal Democratic Party for the promotion of culture - to the masses. Not all of our citizens today have enough money to go to performances in the theater or concert halls. The Liberal Democratic Party considers it quite appropriate to give away unredeemed places to visit cultural and sports events for free to the poor, large families. Thus, we will improve the culture of citizens and reduce the level of drug addiction, alcoholism and crime in general.”

Good thesis. I just don’t understand how this can affect the reduction of vices in our society. Mostly intelligent people go to performances and concerts. Alcoholics and drug addicts, and especially criminals, most likely will not fall for "high culture". But in order to rob or rob, they can line up for free counterfeits. A very successful "going to the theater" can turn out. Yes, and drug addicts will have a place to get high - warm, dry, dark. And drunks in general can arrange a "one-actor theater" in front of the public. And from the same line for counterfeits, these representatives of society can easily push our poor intelligentsia, just like that, "to neigh." Here we need to decide: either give the poor the opportunity to "touch the high and eternal", or reduce "the level of drug addiction, alcoholism and crime ". It is necessary to divide the thesis, to divide!

10. “Stop the rampant crime in the country by making the police capable and professional. Employee salaries need to be increased

law enforcement agencies at least twice, to carry out regular rotation of heads of law enforcement agencies throughout the country. For bribes, deprive of titles and positions, subject to unconditional criminal punishment.

Before, they were punished with confiscation of property. Now everyone has become lawyers, for the soul - only a cap, there is nothing to take from them, the poor. And crime should be stopped not by raising the salary of the police, but by the preventive work of the same police among the population. The capacity of the police is determined by its high professionalism. The professionalism of a police officer should be initially, as a given. Otherwise, what does a person do in the police at all? And the Criminal Code has already got tired of adding and rewriting, as unfinished homework pupils! He has long been needed NEW. And be sure to return the confiscation of property to it, even from the relatives of the embezzler, up to the 7th generation! Otherwise, as it happens with us: an unemployed father of a family is imprisoned for 3 years for a bag of potatoes, and a stealing official is fined 100 rubles for a “state shortage” of billions of dollars. Theater of the Absurd!

This is such an unrealistic "fabulous" program! Or is it fabulously "unreal"?

Something I did not find anything about washing boots in the Indian Ocean. I imagine a picture: we, all such 140 million, with axes and pitchforks, floundered on India, the population of which is 1 billion with a significant hook. As in a joke: “They report to the Secretary General of China: “Bulgaria has declared war on us!” Secretary General: “And what hotel did they stay in?” Apparently, Vladimir Volfovich bought himself a ticket to Goa, since he excluded the item on the Indian Ocean from the party program.

So what will happen if Zhirinovsky becomes president?

All "non-Russians" and "indigenous peoples of Russia" will build Russian houses under the project name "Russian House".

There will be a "voluntary" unification of the former Soviet republics. It's like in the first cartoon about Shrek: "Drive us guests!"

After that, it seems that the Russians will go to work in Tajikistan or Uzbekistan, because only there will be “loot is unmeasured” due to the high birth rate of the local population. After all, “family capital” will be paid for each child (!) And in the Central Asian countries, high birth rates were "the talk of the town" back in the days of Soviet Union.

Our salary will be 100 rubles per hour. Everyone! And a brilliant scientist who promotes progress, and fat aunts selling seeds in the bazaar. Equality and brotherhood!

The debts of the population will be written off, plants and factories will be re-equipped. All this will be done at the expense of the state treasury. And the debts of the population will grow and grow, because the lists will be written by those to whom the budget money is transferred.

Those who did not leave for Central Asia will be driven to Siberia to develop its innumerable natural resources. With pickaxe and shovels. Doesn't it remind you of anything?

Almost forgot! Our bitter drunks and unthinking drug addicts, along with the rest of the criminal elements, will gather in crowds every week, from Thursday to Sunday, near theaters, cinemas and other highly cultured institutions. The poor and those with many children have not seen the theater, and they will not see it. Because the criminal element went "to work". Poor theater and film buffs who themselves paid a lot of money for their addiction to high art! Sitting next to a stinking alcoholic, a drug addict getting high, or a criminal digging through your purse, playing with a penknife - you can’t imagine a worse punishment!

Police departments will not know who their boss is in the morning, and who will be appointed in the evening. Rotation of leaders, however! Therefore, no one will care about the problems of the population - in whose name should the application be written?

The army, judging by the program, will generally be disbanded at home along with nuclear weapons. Health care will be completely transferred to Israel - there good clinics that they should be wasted. Education - 3 classes parochial. To wave a pick and a shovel in Siberia is quite enough.

And, in the end, the native Liberal Democratic Party, headed by the “beloved” V.V. Zhirinovsky, will sit down at the “broken trough”, called the “state treasury” in the common people, and in the President’s New Year’s address we will hear: “We must raise taxes. 500 percent! And introduce another 500 additional taxes and fees. Otherwise, we don’t have money to pay “family capital” to Uzbeks and Tajiks!”

Definitely, Vladimir Volfovich! The country's budget is "our everything"!

And somewhere else in this society of equality and fraternity there must be Russians who live “good”. Something is not visible here. Probably in London...

An unhappy picture. “We wanted the best, it turned out as always!”

But Vladimir Volfovich is a highly educated person: a lawyer, an orientalist, an international specialist, a doctor of philosophy. He is the founder and permanent leader of the LDPR, has orders and medals of the Russian Federation, has released 22 books and 2 solo albums. Colonel in armed forces RF retired. Brilliant speaker. An exemplary family man. Speaks 4 languages. It is rightly said that a talented person is talented in everything. Incidentally, the resignation of Yu.M. Luzhkov is the merit of VV Zhirinovsky. This means that a person has an idea of social justice. And he is a man of culture! Otherwise, why is there a thesis in the program about introducing cultureless alcoholics-drug addicts to high culture, although there is not a word about the army and the country's defense capability. Doesn't fit right...

Maybe he should change his PR manager? Or a copywriter?

Zhirinovsky Vladimir Volfovich- Chairman of the LDPR party (Liberal Democratic Party of Russia), member of the State Council, deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the 7th convocation, leader Supreme Council LDPR.

Family and relatives of Vladimir Zhirinovsky

Vladimir Zhirinovsky's father is Wolf Isaakovich Eidelstein (1907-1983). The mother of Vladimir Zhirinovsky is Alexandra Pavlovna Makarova. In his biography, Vladimir Volfovich said that he always felt Russian, because even according to Israeli law, the son of a Russian mother is not considered a Jew.

In the book of the writer Alexander Namozov "Vladimir Zhirinovsky, a return to the roots" it is reported that Wolf Eidelstein owned land and grew hops, and also managed the work of three workshops that carried out primary processing wood for the plywood factory of his father, Isaac Eidelstein. Vladimir Zhirinovsky's grandfather was an industrialist in the region of Kostopol (then a Polish city, now part of the Rivne region of Ukraine).

After the annexation of Western Ukraine to the USSR, Wolf and his brother Aaron were deported to Kazakhstan. Zhirinovsky's parents met during the war years in Alma-Ata. Wolf Eidelstein was acquainted with the first husband of Alexandra Pavlovna, NKVD officer Andrei Zhirinovsky. They were friends. Andrei Zhirinovsky died in 1944 from tuberculosis, and in 1945 Alexandra Pavlovna married Eidelstein, who was not afraid to take a woman with five children (Vladimir Zhirinovsky has two brothers - Andrei and Yuri, and three sisters - Vera, Nadezhda and Lyubov) . However, a few months later, Zhirinovsky's father had to leave for Warsaw, so Vladimir Volfovich himself did not know his biological father.

Wolf Eidelstein emigrated from Poland to Israel, where he lived until the end of his days (in 1983 he was hit by a bus).

Childhood and education of Vladimir Zhirinovsky

Work and career of Vladimir Zhirinovsky

Vladimir Zhirinovsky in 1969-1970 began his career with an internship at the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company and the State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations of the USSR. Then, after graduating from university, he served in the Armed Forces in the troops of the Transcaucasian Military District.

After serving in the army, Zhirinovsky's track record included work in the Western Europe sector of the international department of the Soviet Peace Committee (1972-1975), then he worked in the dean's office for work with foreign students of the Higher School of the Trade Union Movement (1975-1977). Then Vladimir Volfovich worked in the Inyurcollegium of the USSR Ministry of Justice (1977-1983). During the perestroika years, Zhirinovsky headed the legal department of the Mir publishing house (from 1983 to 1990).

In 1990 Zhirinovsky Vladimir Volfovich headed the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia.

Vladimir Volfovich was repeatedly nominated as a candidate for the post of President of Russia. Vladimir Zhirinovsky was a deputy of the State Duma of the I, II, III, IV, V and VI convocations. Three times (I, II and VI convocations) Zhirinovsky led the LDPR faction, in three other convocations Vladimir Volfovich was Deputy Chairman of the State Duma.

Six times Vladimir Zhirinovsky participated in the presidential elections in Russia, gaining, respectively, in 1991 7.81% of the vote, in 1996 - 5.78%, in 2000 (2.7%), in 2008 (9.35%) and in 2012 (6.22%). In 2018, Zhirinovsky finished third in the campaign with 5.65% of the vote, so 4,154,985 people voted for him.

Zhirinovsky Vladimir Volfovich has been leading the Liberal Democratic Party for many years. When asked whether Vladimir Volfovich is preparing a successor for himself, the party leader replies: “There will definitely be a successor. Let it be. We will have re-elections at the congress. 5-6 candidates. And mine too. If there is a desire to elect a new leader, let them elect. But it is very difficult to lead an opposition political party. In the future, of course, a new leader will appear. This is very serious, hard work. Here you need to have a huge intellect, courage, strength, courage.

Scandals and statements by Vladimir Zhirinovsky

Vladimir Volfovich always very sharply defends his political views, not paying attention to where he is. And in front of cameras, and in a personal conversation, Zhirinovsky behaves the same way. His scandalous statements are known. The media repeatedly circulated a photo in which Zhirinovsky pours orange juice on Boris Nemtsov (then governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region) (June 18, 1995).

Vladimir Volfovich is not always restrained even now, so during the debate in the NTVshniki program, one of the presenters accused Zhirinovsky that he allegedly traded places in the State Duma. This infuriated the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party, Vladimir Volfovich broke the microphone, and called the presenter a scoundrel.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky's statements, as a rule, are categorical and sometimes provocative, but bright and therefore always get into the news of most publications. At one time, the politician's video address to US President George W. Bush in 2003 was very popular, in which Vladimir Volfovich suggested that they (hit) Tbilisi together.

Zhirinovsky is no less shocking in 2017. There was a lot of excitement in the news after Zhirinovsky's promise, in case of victory in the elections, "to announce a general amnesty: political, economic, criminal, financial."

In March 2017, Zhirinovsky, speaking from the rostrum of the Duma, addressing the parliamentary majority, promised that he would shoot his opponents if he won the presidential election in 2018. State Duma Vice Speaker Sergei Neverov urged the ethics commission to pay attention to these statements addressed to his party colleagues. After that, Zhirinovsky attacked United Russia deputies with threats, accusing them of the fact that many of them were not rightfully in parliament, and, in protest, withdrew the entire LDPR faction from the meeting room.

Later, the leader of the LDPR faction, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, stated that his words about "execution" and "hanging" referred to representatives of criminal communities, and not to the deputies of United Russia.

Also in 2017, Vladimir Zhirinovsky said that it is better for Russians not to know how much ministers, deputies and governors earn. According to him, the information in the published declarations only irritates the people, and gives the press a pretext for publishing "hot news".

Vladimir Zhirinovsky proposed a radical solution to the Ukrainian issue, advocated the entry of Ukraine, Belarus into the Russian Federation on the rights of new federal districts. “Now, if I were in the Kremlin… Ukraine would not exist. The Russian army would have stood on the border where it was in the First world war. You still rejoice that Putin is in the Kremlin. After him another will come and there will be no need for negotiations - no negotiations. Everything will be done at night. As you are with Yanukovych, so are we with your entire team. And in 72 hours Russian tanks will be stationed near Brussels,” Zhirinovsky said in 2016.

Vladimir Zhirinovsky spoke out against monarchist rule in Russia. On another occasion, Vladimir Volfovich argued that Russia needed an "elective monarchy", and also insisted on the need to ban all parties existing in the Russian Federation.

“The position of the president can be renamed into the supreme ruler with a term of office of 6-7 years, and his elections should not be nationwide, they must be carried out by specialists - the Russian cathedral the best people countries selected according to a certain quota. And he, the supreme ruler, will appoint the governors,” Zhirinovsky summed up.

Also in 2017, LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky promised, in the event of his victory in the presidential elections in Russia in 2018, to return a number of cities to their former names, in particular, to rename Volgograd to Stalingrad. Zhirinovsky regularly denounces "the crimes of totalitarian communist regimes" in his statements.

Zhirinovsky demanded retaliatory sanctions against the United States. “We can also not give visas, break off relations, ban flights over Russia to Afghanistan, and not supply uranium,” the LDRP leader noted. Vladimir Volfovich suggested that Moscow needs to take a tougher line and, possibly, change the Russian Foreign Minister.

But he enthusiastically accepted the victory of Donald Trump in the elections, the news published pictures in which Zhirinovsky drank champagne for Trump's victory. But already in April 2017, Vladimir Volfovich was ready to raise a glass to impeach Trump.

Personal life of Vladimir Zhirinovsky

Zhirinovsky Vladimir Volfovich is married, has two sons and a daughter. Daughter Anastasia Petrova and son Oleg Gazdarov are illegitimate.

Zhirinovsky's wife - Lebedeva Galina Alexandrovna - virologist, candidate of biological sciences. Photos of Zhirinovsky and his wife can often be seen in the news.

Zhirinovsky's eldest son, Igor Lebedev, was born in 1972. By profession a lawyer. In January 2000, he was elected chairman of the LDPR faction in the State Duma of the third convocation. Before being elected to the Duma, he worked at the Ministry of Labor and social development of the Russian Federation as an adviser to the minister (Sergey Kalashnikov, a former member of the LDPR faction in the State Duma of the second convocation). Igor Lebedev has two twin sons, the grandchildren of Vladimir Volfovich are Alexander and Sergey.

The son of Vladimir Zhirinovsky Oleg Gazdarov graduated from Moscow State University. In 2011, he got married, many media outlets wrote about his wedding, which took place in North Ossetia, and photos from the celebration were published. According to Life News, Zhirinovsky himself paid for his son's wedding, but Vladimir Volfovich could not come personally. Zhirinovsky met Oleg's mother Zhanna Gazdarova in Cuba.

There is almost no information on the Internet about Zhirinovsky's illegitimate daughter Anastasia Petrova, as well as her photo.

As you probably know, Vladimir Volfovich was the first to register as a candidate for the presidency. This is far from his first attempt to become president; before that, the founder and permanent leader of the Liberal Democratic Party took part in the presidential campaigns of 1991, 1996, 2000, 2008 and 2012. The Liberal Democrat showed the best result in 2008 - 9.35% of voters. And now, after 10 years, another attempt)

VVZh can be treated differently - someone considers him a provocateur, someone a showman, someone else somehow. For me personally, one thing is clear - to create a party back in 1989 and keep it afloat, so that the whole country knows about it, to participate in the elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in all seven convocations, I will tell you this seriously.

Why did I suddenly start about Vladimir Volfovich? Yes, I just came across a video on YouTube with his campaign program called "A powerful leap forward!" and couldn't get past.

In short, the most interesting of his theses, in my opinion, sound like this:
- replace all judges and governors with fresh sensible personnel
- to disperse the deputies of the State Duma and leave about 200 people
- "connect the country to the Schengen" and remove visas
- not allowed to compete? Threaten in all possible ways, but protect athletes
- return all their territories through referendums :)
- stop paying off debts
- special conditions for Siberia and Far East(remove taxes, abolish military conscription)
- cancel 282
- one state language Russian
- ban collectors
- remove management companies
- death penalty for rapists and terrorists
- close the border with Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan with Afghanistan
- "golden" children who drive on Geliki around the capital - to be evicted to hell 300 km from Moscow

And after all this, the question is - what is he saying wrong?
Quite the same sensible things voiced in my opinion. Why do so many people take it lightly?
Personally, I have always considered him to be a rather intelligent and intelligent politician, and last year I took the opportunity to talk to him live and was not disappointed.

What do you think about Zhirinovsky? Would you like to see him as president?

I deeply respect Vladimir Volfovich for his work on Russian legislation and in no way am I trying to tarnish the name of a well-known politician, but simply to express my thoughts on this matter.

Being a very smart person with two higher humanitarian educations, he very reasonably explains his position and truly amazes with his deep knowledge, many Russians saw his bright performances and will not argue with me. But, with regards to the behavior of Vladimir Volfovich, this is a separate, very significant point. This man went to power for a very long time and stubbornly and developed tremendous willpower in debatable litigation, in the process of becoming a big politician, Vladimir Volfovich became a tough opponent for his colleagues and everything seems to be fine, but his emotions cross out a lot of good thoughts that arise in the process of his listening.

I remember when Zhirinovsky last ran for president, he was on the TV show "To the Barrier", where his opponent was Prokhorov, whom, in my opinion, he morally destroyed in his favorite manner, operating with facts, statics and other data. And just the same, everything would be fine, but only his pressure goes beyond all limits when he proves something, that is, speaking quite sensible things, he pronounces them with such intonation that it looks more like Hitler's speech in Munich. And he has another facet when he goes too far, which happened when Pugacheva fell under his blow. To be honest, I'm definitely not a fan of hers, but talking to her in public in such a tone was tantamount to digging a hole for yourself, it's not big, but it's unpleasant to trip over it.

At some point, due to his too strong and insane assertiveness, they began to consider him a jester, for example, when he spoke at a government meeting this year, many people laughed at his ideas, although there were quite a few interesting ideas, one might say creative, but Vladimir Volfovich gave all this with the same "not sparing" intonation. When I watch his speeches on the eve of the elections, I understand that I will not be able to vote for him, because it seems to me that if he comes to power, then we will definitely fight with someone, since his ideas and emotional state coincide with this direction . Vladimir Volfovich allows himself a lot, even the president cannot afford to behave like this, because he is fully aware of the responsibility he bears on his shoulders, Vladimir Vladimirovich is diplomatic to the bone, which certainly has its weight in relations between countries, in turn Zhirinovsky can say and leave without any remorse. Zhirinovsky was awaiting trial and severe punishment (up to 15 years in prison). But the cassation board of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation satisfied the complaint of Vladimir Zhirinovsky and ordered the CEC to register him as a candidate for the presidency. In the presidential elections on March 26, 2000, more than 2 million voters voted for Zhirinovsky.
