Zucchini fried with tomatoes and garlic are prepared very simply. First you need to prepare all the ingredients: wash zucchini or zucchini well, tomatoes and greens. And cut the tomatoes into thin circles. Having reached the middle, cut out the remains of the cutting.

We take a frying pan with a flat bottom or a grill, put the usual one on medium heat and pour a teaspoon of oil, grill on high heat and do not pour oil. When the pan is very hot, put a layer of zucchini in it and salt, if necessary.

Fry the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes, until they become rosy on one side under the lid in a regular pan and without a lid in a grill pan. While the zucchini is roasting, make the garlic sauce. Finely chop a couple of sprigs of dill. Put in a saucepan , low-fat sour cream or yogurt if desired. Homemade mayonnaise, by the way, is made in a couple of minutes from improvised ingredients, look šŸ˜‰ Squeeze out or rub the garlic on a fine grater, put the dill and mix well.

Turn the zucchini over, after salting the unfried side. In some places, zucchini can fry worse, they can be cooked by leaving them in the pan a little longer at the very end.

Fry the zucchini on the second side for about 3 minutes and put on a plate one at a time.

Rub the onion in your hands to make it easier to remove the husk later. Then remove the remnants of the roots and tops as well. Rinse the onion and cut into rings or halve it and chop it into half rings, whichever is more convenient for you.

Zucchini should also be cut, but do not need to fall asleep with salt.

Blanch two large ripe tomatoes. Simply put, boil the vegetables with boiling water to remove the skin. To do this, make cross-shaped cuts with a sharp knife: the first near the attachment of the stem, and the second on the opposite side of the tomato.

Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for 40 seconds - 1 minute, remove and douse with cold water. Pry off the skin with a knife and remove it easily.
